This looked like a brand new hotel/motel. It was clean and comfortable. I was happy with my stay of 2 days.

With a checkout time of 11, the pool should open before 10. There isn't enough time to swim and shower. If you offer coin laundry, one washer and one dryer are insufficient. Security cameras that are high enough quality to ID the guy who broke into our car would have been nice too.

we went for 2 nights, booked 3 rooms, they were ok for what we needed and price range, breakfast was good too, the young guy on the front desk was very helpful, my door had an issue to open and he came right away to open it; my sister did find a roach on her room :(. overall is nice, good location and parking onsite!

The hotel room was very dated and needs some updating. The bathroom, the room floor, etc., was not up to the standard expected from the Best Western. The daily breakfast was very good.

My wife and kids have been using this Best Western for years and it never disappoints. For affordability, cleanliness, and access to amenities, it's easily the best spot to stay at if passing through or visiting the area. The continental breakfast is a surprisingly great spread, compared to other hotels we've been to! I'll book a room here over anywhere else in the greater Asheville area.

Was very close to downtown, only a couple miles, so convenient. Had just been remodeled, and it was very nice and clean.

Good location. Beds were comfortable. Nice size refrigerator. Room was clean. Dylan at the front desk was very friendly and nice. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I even called the front desk to ask if it was a smoking g room. Dylan apologized and said he would move us but the hotel was completely full for the night. We also saw a large cockroach in the bathroom area that I had to kill. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators if someone had mobility issues.

Since this appeared to be a refurbished older property at a really good price, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was completely updated, large, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the pool was sparkling, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
