Clean rooms and great hot breakfast. You need microwaves in all King rooms and not just assume you can switch them from a 2 queen bed room that was reserved to a king because they are alone. That is why I reserve the queen instead of king because there are no microwaves in the king rooms. It’s not my fault you are running out of king rooms. I was able to keep my reserved queen room anyway. Minimal done for housekeeping in rooms, unmade beds,1 washcloth and one hand towel daily. Still not too bad of stay this time around. I think I will stick with Hilton hotels!

It is a clean,. comfortable hotel. The breakfast isn't as good as it has been - fewer items.

Very easy access to downtown Asheville and surrounding highways for other cities. The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff did a great job prepping the room for our arrival.
