The property is centrally located The hotel is super old I guess and needs renovation The bathroom handle was bad and it broke The room which I booked and the room which was given was totally different The hotel doesn’t look anything like the one which shows on the picture as those are old pics when the hotel was new

Central location The bed, especially the mattress (if it was even a matrass)was extremely uncomfortable. The feeling was worse than the beds in the army. The bathroom is too small. First night was really noisy from People in other rooms which had a party. Pictures of the booked room were not matching to the ones which were visible while booking.

Hotel staff are simply excellent. In principle,not a bad hotel. We were met by the reseptionist,her name Zhansaya. She is very-very good? We will return to hotel,for she. Cleanliness and quality of the rooms is very terrible?

I recently stayed at G Empire, a centrally located hotel with nearby food outlets like KFC and the Magnum megamall, making it convenient to get anything you need. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The reception staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Just outside, there’s a beautiful street lined with greenery where you can relax on benches for hours. Plus, the view from the hotel window offered a fantastic cityscape. The only downside was the room cleaning, which wasn’t done despite multiple requests.

I only like Jamila the receptionist there coz shes very helpful even though they didnt meet our standards, still she manage to assist us and can speak english as well so its a bonus. Locals are having a hard time to communicate with us as they cannot speak english. Thanks to translator app that help us to communicate easily. I dont like that there's no bidet available in the toilet as you cannot wash your private part properly. And the room was quite hot, I think problem with the aircondition that they didnt fix. The breakfast is not included, theres no room service sadly. You cannot even call the reception as theres no phone available in the room, you have to whats app them to inform what you need, so basic! And lastly the staff in the restaurant doesnt know how to welcome customers they dont know how to smile and lack of customer service, so better to walk out and find another restaurant.

Room was pretty big and comfy. Staff is polite. Room could be more clean, there were stains on coach and mattress. We couldn't get room service every day, couple of times they skipped our room idk why. Air heater didn't work and it was pretty cold at nights.

Property was well located close by to the biggest grocery store of Astana. Hotel had most of the amenities. Definitely a place for stay. Restaurant wasn't inviting to eat in. Bathroom needed minor repair work.
