It’s very far from center, bad small in washroom , spa close, room cleaning was bad.

Not much to like, frankly. The breakfast was passable and the location was okay Extremely disorganized with the room pricing. After checking in, I was quoted 3 different prices. The staff was not rude, but they were defensive and inflexible on every level and harassed my wife about the room while I was out for the day. They Insisted that we change rooms unless I pay a surcharge after earlier telling my guide that would not be necesssary. I agreed to pay to avoid moving rooms. Then they came back later and said we needed to pay more. So I switched rooms at 10 pm for no reason at all except pettiness. I think a Soviet mindset persists in this establishment, and I am strongly urging Rubythroat, the company that put me here, to reconsider this hotel for future guests. I am not the only Member of my group that was displeased with our stay.

Only housekeeping they clean the room everyday Rude reception- unwelcome unfriendly to guest - location nearby chemical industries - old furniture and hotel building need restoration - heater didn’t work so I cant take shower 3 nights cause of harsh cold water etc. /

The room was large. There was a view. No bottled water first day, but the did deliver to my room late afternoon. I left and returned several times and male at the front desk even looked up from his phone. I literally stood at the desk 5 minutes while he played a game on his phone. When I finally rang the bell, he seemed very disinterested in helping me. I wanted a drink at the bar, ‘the bar is closed’. Can I buy a Red Bull? ‘No, the bar is closed’. See picture. Restaurant closed Bar closed No hot water. I went to the desk to ask and was told, no hot water for three days. No explanation, no apology and no compensation. Employees sitting all day in the guest area. One watching videos with the volume loud enough to hear it from the other side of the sitting area. There seem to be more employees here than guests, but I can’t tell because few wear badges with their names and none acknowledge the presence of guests.

Would never advice this hotel, I’ve read reviews from website and trusted that is good one. In fact check in was very late after midnight and what a was disappoint to see what they offered and didn’t match what I bought, booked Suite Lux room they gave room like in hostel dirty and so awful even for only one person even were two!!! The worst thing that stuff kept silence that room they offered was lower level below standard room even and silently wanted to accommodate for this room even without telling about refund once I started already fight with hotel!!! Only after they told that category room is much lower and all suite lux packed and I can’t live here!

The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was very polite, pleasant, and willing to help. The breakfast was standard, but perfectly adequate. Despite the advertisement's description, the Wi-Fi was terrible. I needed it for work. It kept disconnecting every 2-3 minutes. At first, the management moved me to another room with better Wi-Fi. However, this didn't make a difference. The specialist tried to find the cause, but couldn't. As a result, I had to cancel two meetings. I travel a lot and always check if a hotel has good Wi-Fi. In the last ca 8 years, I haven't encountered such bad Wi-Fi anywhere. After all, we are living in the second quarter of the 21st century...

Polite staff. Very modest price for a 4 star hotel. Room was clean and tidy and I liked the provided amenities. Maid service was extra polite and nice. Despite being rated as 4 star - it does reel more like a 3 star hotel, which makes sense given the price. The stuff even if polite, is not trying to be helpful at all. I've asked for a fork to my room - I was denied twice due to some policy. As a guest I rarely want to hear a plain "no" to a reasonable request - offer alternatives at least, try to help me. Instead I had to figure myself and order some cheap bread at their room service to be provided a fork. Same result, barely cost me anything, barely earned hotel anything except for a poor review - what was the point of the policy? I didn't get housekeeping service for 3 days straight - even though at one point I had the "please clean my room" sign hanging for several hours. The worst experience was close to check out - I got to reception in advance, asked if everything was fine with my bill and I can check out. The lady at the reception said I had to pay extra 25 dollars - I asked what for. She said for early check in - I've said I already paid during check in and she confirmed I paid 100 dollars on check in and it was trivial to check my booking cost 80. So obviously these 20 dollars were for something. Then she said that well I still had 5 dollars to pay - I said no because I already paid the price told to me during check in, you can't change the price for a service after the fact. The lady conceded and let me go, her colleague tried to interfere but another guest approached her. Then 2 hours later I was checking out and I see that other colleague at the reception. She recognized I was at the reception earlier. What's the first thing I hear after? Oh you have to pay 5 dollars for the check in. I once again reiterated that if their colleague gave me the wrong price - that's on them. I was let go after.

Well kept and relatively good food. Staff are excellent - attentive and professional for the most part. 10/10 overall. Poor lighting
