Staff is friendly Air conditioning didn’t work and the windows (which were cracked) did not open. Room was hot and stuffy because of that. Not a comfy stay. WiFi is very poor.

We encountered a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but the staff resolved them promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

I really liked this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Also, the location is very convenient and close to everything I needed. Honestly, everything was great, I didn’t have any major issues during my stay.

Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Staff are supportive. Internet is fast. Housekeeping is not a mandatory daily activity. We stay 3 nights there but no housekeeping so far happened. Faucet on Bathroom sink tends to be slightly damage. TV not working. Telephone not working. Location is quite far to touristic areas but anyhow it can be manage by Yandex which is very cheap.

The towels were very old and had become yellowish. The pillowcases were also worn out. The mattress was somewhat sunken in the middle and felt quite low. Additionally, the walls were not soundproof.

The location is perfect, the bed, the pillows, and the blanket are amazing, so soft and comfy. The breakfast, however, was horrible. Cold, stale, and oversalted fries, dirty glasses, concentrate juice, and extra charge for my americano. Poor assortment overall. The floor in the lobby was dirty. The room was fairly clean but rather old and shabby. This was once a very nice hotel, I assume, but now it looks outdated.

In a good spot outlook was so so ,, receptionist spoke good English could understand me and could converse ok help with taxi. Room was never touched by hotel staff had same towel for 3 days till I asked and was govern new one also toilet paper had to ask and the look was, I think you will understand and breakfast Out of 10 —-3 The shower head was broken off the wall so did not touch the mattress was just don’t look under the sheet the room clean No house staff ever looked in room to replace towels or bath room toiletries

A nice room in a decent price and location. Beside broken lock to the room everything was excellent.

Nothing much. Breakfast was ok Very poorly maintained. Toilet seat in wasn't attached, tap was loose, spa bath didn’t work, one of the beds sloped down and door to the room was faulty and wouldn’t open. Staff used a screwdriver to open it. We were booked in for 7 nights but only stayed for one. While we didn’t expect it to be fancy for the price, we didn’t expect such a low level of maintenance. It was also quite dark and gloomy.
