kinda old but spacious lots of entertainment and choices of hot springs. luckily its the night of firework display and our room is exactly in front of the firework display, it was remarkable our room is kinda dusty and the restroom is old(rusty)

The eat and drink all u can is best, many varieties of food and delicious food. Very satisfying Tha toilet of the room is very old not comfortable to use, the toilet is not functionally good.

Very disgusting, the hotel didn't refund payment for 3 person eventhough I canceled it earlier 1 week before the check in. It's the worst hotel in atami. They took payment of 22 guests from me .we are only 19 there. Everyone must avoid to these onoya hotel. There system said that there are no penalties when you canceled 4 days before the check in date .I already canceled 3 guests 7 days before,but they insisted to me that I have to pay desame as the 22 guests total .System is a SCAM.the staff insisted that the system is that you pay for additional guests but no refund for canceled guests.

Buffet was nice but short time Front staff very unfriendly at first and a mistake in the booking lead to calling for the manager several times to get any kind of decent service and resolution
