Sundance Resort Atami

The property is clean and the room in Japanese style is very spacious. The staff are very kind and friendly. Especially the driver of the resort . Unfortunately without car it’s not easy to reach out . It’s quiet up of the road .

Staff were very kind and helpful. The facility has a public bath. It’s located in a small town one station from the famous Atami station. There is a little hill to get there. If you struggle with cardio you might feel it’s a little challenging to get up there. But I think they offer a shuttle service.

Overlooking Atami bay. Rooftop was opened for hanabi viewing. Basement for parking. No private bathroom. No worries, you can bathe at the onsen. Far from public transport.

Unlimited hot springs, and delicious food None

Everything except for the location was perfect. It has a high value compared to the price for staying. Very good hot springs, dinner, friendly staffs, clean and spacious room. We stayed for four nights and it was more than expected. The facility is located on a slope and not accessible by ealk. Also it's very far from the centre of atami

The hotel is a bit old but we enjoyed the facilities there, common room with movie and free popcorn was great, mini gym was fine to me. The room is good, we love to sit, relax and see the sea view from our room. Pretty difficult to find the hotel when we drove in the dark. Was struggling to communicate with the receptionist. She was trying to be helpful but the language barrier making things awkward.

Excellent dinner and breakfast in dining room. Onsen bath. Clean and comfortable rooms. Small play area for toddlers. Toddler play area needs some updating.

Good view and good food. The hallway on the second floor smelled a little bit. The hotel is a bit short staffed.

I like the lounge area it was really comfortable. Plus there’s free popcorn too. Also there’s massage chairs which was very satisfying after a long day of walking around. I really wish they let us know that the hotel is beside a graveyard. We didn’t sleep well because we’re scared. It would also be better if there’s shower inside the room.

Almost nothing everyone and everything so nice

Our room had a good space to stay two adults and three kids. We had enough towels everyday. It was a large bathroom and had enough amenities, too. The location but we rent a car so it was not a big problem.

Nice view, free massage chair, elevators, and good security. No shower in the room, just a communal shower with no privacy, I understand it's traditional but have something conventional for your guests.

It has a public onset bath, price is very cheap, staff was exceptionally nice. remote location
