Nothing!! Customer service,extremely dirty,extremely dangerous neighborhood, dirty and old ,unsanitary,beds unconfortable

I've stayed in many hotels over the last few years, and this one definitely stands out for the right reasons. It wasn't about luxury, but about comfort, cleanliness, and people who genuinely seemed to care that guests had a good experience. I would happily stay here again.

The general look and feel. Rooms should be better. Breakfast.

I travel quite often and cleanliness is always the first thing I notice in a hotel. Art Hotel Athens did a great job in that area. The room was spotless , the bathroom was modern and clean, and even the common areas looked well cared for. The staff were also very respectful and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed information or assistance, someone was always available with a smile. It made the entire experience very pleasant.

You can tell the hotel is managed with care. Everything was in good condition, from the room to the shared areas, and nothing felt neglected. Housekeeping did an excellent job , and the reception staff were consistently polite. It made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Breakfast was typical continental and okay. The location was good, but a bit sketchy in some areas. However, it was walkable to restaurants and shopping. It’s on a very busy main street and getting picked up wasn’t always easy.

The concierge was nice Dirty, run down and old. The pool was GROSS dirty and disgusting. Also left a new outfit in the closet by accident I phoned and they told me to call back in the morning but the person didn’t speak English well nor did they respond to an email asking about it. Very sketchy unsafe area even the taxi drivers told us to not go out.

Tired rooms.

The wifi was pretty much non functional. The room did not have any hooks to hang clothes, only one uncomfortable chair.

This hotel worked perfectly for my trip to Athens. The room was spacious enough and always clean when I returned in the evening. I also liked the quiet atmosphere inside the hotel despite being in the city.
