Spotlessly clean, a very comfortable room bed and pillows the coffee machine and kettle in the room were greatly appreciated. Super friendly staff and easy communication. Convenient location for commuting! Real value for money!

This is my second year stayed at this hotel. I went back again because the customer service i experienced with Elen, so helpful with everything!! On my recent stayed at your hotel i was denied a slice or bead in order to take my medication. before my Uber arrives to take me to the airport. the reason it was 7:50 am i am not allowed to eat breakfast until 8 am . In 7 days stayed at your hotel i had breakfast only one time!! Except that everything was really good. Thank customer service I experienced on my last day! Eleni and Athena were so Amazing!!! So helpful with everything with their bright smiles. The 3rd girl who worked in have seen the second time that morning on my 7 days stay. she denied me to have a slice of bread in order to have my medication. her reasons i couldn't allow to have breakfast until 8 am time was 7:50 am I was waiting to my Uber who was 10 minutes away. She told me I could have coffee in my room. I don't even drink coffee and on my 7 days stayed in had breakfast ONLY ONE TIME at your hotel. That was horrible experienced. as I mentioned above I booked your hotel for the second time this year BECAUSE OF THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED WITH ELEN ALSO WHO THE GIRL WHO IS NO LANGER WORK AT YOUR HOTEL.

The location, the surroundings, the hotel is new, spacious and clean, the service and attitude are wonderful.

The staff, high level of service, cleanliness, everything is new.

The shower was quite small and did not have traction. I often felt like I was going to slip and fall.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and room were impeccably clean.

The bathroom was a bit narrow

The toilet space is slightly small, but for me it was OK.

wonderful place but too far in; I did not do my research it is too far from the metro. and not in the best of neigborhoods. so yea taxi 80.00 from airport, the breakfast is super and you are going to need it because 45 min to metro anddont thinkyou can carry or pull a bag haha on these terrible crumbly sidewalks,

Great value for what you're paying for; affordable option in a great location.

The hotel and room was clean and cozy. Breakfasts were very delicious, almost everything we tried during our 2-day stay was very good. Eleni, the receptionist contributed to our final rating very much. This nice lady was especially helpful and polite, even acted as a guide, advising us places to visit in both Athens and Crete (our next destination). Eleni MVP?? Rooms are quite small, especially bathroom

Food, staff and cleanness
