There is no parking, even though it says on Booking that they have it. The safe deposit box was not working, even after we complained about it. Breakfast is served in another hotel, which nobody informed us about. The hotel is located in a very bad area, full of drug addicts, prostitutes, and homeless people.

Nice

The elevators were small and took a long time. One elevator could only fit 2 persons and the other probably 4 person. It was very inconvenient.

When i tried to cancel the booking the staff sent me phising scan links to get my credit card information.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. The location is a a walking distance from most attractions. The breakfast was amazing. The room has a smell of mold. The curtains were unattached and with no blackout. The location was next to an alleys where you could see drug addicts and homeless. The amenities did not work like the kettle, the safe box, the telephone and were not repaired throughout our 3 nights stay. There were better options for the same price and in the same neighborhood.

Breakfast is ok but same items every day. The first two days of our stay there was lots of noise and could not sleep. We ask to be moved to another floor and it took them three days to move us. The breakfast items are exactly same everyday (4days) in a row. The location is close to a lot of historical places, however it’s a little scary.

We picked the area so we could walk everywhere but it was in an area with a lot of street people/prostitutes and drug users. Although we felt safe in the hotel and when we were a few streets away. It is not the fault of the hotel but they need help from the authorities to clean the area up. We ended up getting taxis which were easy to book. The hotel was supposed to provide robes/slippers and mugs for drinks, but there were none. It was good value for money- the breakfast was ok, the staff very friendly. All in all it was ok for a few nights. The rooms were nice and big and bathroom facilities were great which was a plus with two teenage girls!

The hotel offers a delicious and diverse breakfast buffet with fresh, high-quality options to start your day right!

Near Omonoia, although the area has a dodgy feeling it's safer than it looks. Proper hotel with amenities. Nice continental breakfast. Well-sized room and clean. Very good internet if you have to work from your room! The temperature in the room was 27C at the end of December. Admittedly the days were warm at around 15C but due to central heating setting the temperature at 21C didn't produce cold air, it just stopped the hot air. Slept with the window open and by morning the temperature was 25C. At least I got a feeling of summer!
