Was nice place..

This place was terrible. Room was super dirty, the patio door did not lock. Very noisy. No breakfast.

Booked a room at this location for a one-night stop in Auburn on short notice. We found the hotel under renovation when we arrived. The room was okay, but upon entry to our room, the bathroom had an unflushed toilet, a used washcloth was on the counter, and trash was under the nightstand. Check-in and check-out were quick. The best feature in our room was the shower's water pressure. It's been quite a while since we've experienced that much pressure. We would rate this as a 6.5 out of 10 and might book here again. Hopefully the renovations will be completed soon and housekeeping will improve.

Not the worst

While this property understandably was under renovation, the deficiencies should have been disclosed beforehand. Only one ice machine for the entire property and it was inoperative. No ice, no phone, TV didn’t work correctly, no breakfast and no apology or compensation.

It seems the property is currently under renovations. There is mould in the shower my room with two double beds has one that’s a queen and one that’s a double there is a rat trap under the bathroom sink. It has a nice big TV though.

Under construction so understandable but construction aside… more could be done
-
The whole property was under construction and the room was filthy!
-
No carpet. Tools ladders in lobby.
-
Smoke cell in the room and on terrace. Motel undergoing renovation so much construction equipment is around guest areas.
-
The property was undergoing renovations so there was no ice, no hairdryer, no coffee. The sheets had stains. A bunch of cigarette butts all over the front entrance along with people smoking pot at the benches out front and not picking up after themselves

Inn is under re-modeling. in rooms and hallways. First room had leaking shower head and water accumulating on bathroom floor. changed rooms and ok but still needs re furbishing. Peeling and caulking cracks in tub surround. All windows covered with plastic due to outdoor painting.

The ppl was very nice room looked very good

The tub was filthy, I spoke to the desk clerk, he came up to look at it and show us a different room. He agreed that the tub needed a good cleaning. After looking at the other room, we opted to stay where we were because the furniture was visibly filthy in the other room. We were told housekeeping would come up and clean the tub. We were there 2 nights, Housekeeping never showed up at all, not even to change towels. We ended up putting a towel down in the tub to stand on while showering. There were roach traps throughout the property which was a turn off also. When you walk into the lobby you are hit with the smell of bleach, as if there was a pool. No pool, we think that was to give the illusion of cleanliness and hide some odor. Also, there is no continental breakfast, which was advertised. We stayed there because we made last minute arrangements for a wedding and this was one of the few places still available for the 1st weekend in August. Never again!!

At check in the staff person offered a choice of a room on the first floor or the second floor. It was really nice to have that option this time.

Tearing up carpet. No I've machines. Outside door broken. Awful!!!
-
Lots of homeless & people sho**** up.

The hallways smell like mildew. Bathtub had a leak and the crevices were black. Whole hotel room feels dirty. Linens had stains. Towels had hair on them. Theres people who just hang around outside the property and made me extremely nervous. People smoke right outside the entrance which is annoying. Feel bad for the house keeping staff cause they look overwhelmed. Would not stay here again.

Was dirty with bugs

Reasonable room rates. They were able to accommodate our needs for a quick overnight stop. Linens were clean. Slept well.
