Parking is terrible. Neighborhood and area it is in are terrible. Stayed a week and the room was only cleaned once and it was not cleaned good.

We come to this hotel nearly once a year. The room we got this year was fully renovated and absolutely lovely. Practical, spacious, well thought out details, with everything we needed. Had a great experiences.

Our experience was very enjoyable. The manager was very helpful with choosing a room for us especially since I was newly recovered from a broken leg. Everyone that worked at this property was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here and will return to this hotel if and when I return to Auburn, Maine.

The staff was so cheerful and helpful it was a pleasure to walk in everyday. I wish the bar/restaurant had more flexible hours. They outdid themselves for all the families that were staying at the hotel celebrating Bates College graduation.

The pool was cold and small, would’ve been nice if there was a hot tub. We had a balcony overlooking the bay. The location was good, breakfast was ok, my food was lukewarm. There’s a nice pub across the road but be warned Canadians, bring your passport for ID, they wouldn’t accept provincial driver’s license. I would stay here again, close to highway and some shopping.
