Pool area was a bit dirty ans pool was very very cold

Need 6am breakfast, or put out muffins and fruit early

The suite was clean, new and the bathroom, and shower were excellent. I enjoyed the stay.

It was very comfortable with the desk, swing around TV, kitchen with everything you may need and the couch and ottoman was very comfortable as well.

6am start for breakfast or a small selection of breakfast items (fruit, muffins, etc) put out earlier with coffee would make this 4-5 stars.

While we have stayed here before and were looking forward to staying again, I was disappointed that we were not informed about the construction. It did not impede our ability to move around, although riding in the elevators with disheveled and smelly workers was not fun. In addition, there was a constant odor of someone smoking marijuana in our bathroom and bedroom that was very unpleasant. The desk staff were polite but not all were as friendly as we expected.

The staff here at the absolute best! They are so kind, and go out of the their way to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic, wild Maine blueberries are a treat. The buffet is fresh, plentiful, replenished often, and neat. Rooms are always clean, and we love having the kitchen for morning coffee and snacks. Newly renovated rooms are a bonus too. The very best in the area!

The room was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well thought out and maintained by a friendly hostess. The suite setting was quite helpful for our four night stay. We took advantage of the kitchen setup that included a full size refrigerator, pans, dishes and utensils. The only drawback was some light maintenance that was needed in the bathroom of our suite.

That I pretty much got cornered by who I presume was trying to get me to go to a time share seminar. It took me a while to let him know that I was not interested and to finally get to our room. He was slightly condescending saying that, why would you pay so much for your short weekend stay, but you don't want to go to a seminar and get a free stay? Which everyone knows, nothing is really free. But the real kicker was, that he actually called me when we were out and about trying to enjoy our time to still try to get me to go to the seminar or whatever it was. To me, that was pretty much like an invasion of privacy on our trip and it didn't settle well with us. I will still visit this property again, but at least now we'll be fully aware of this possibly happening again. I get that he may just be doing his salesman job, but when he actually called me when we were out, it did not sit well with me.

Every single staff member, from the front desk staff, housekeeping team, and breakfast staff, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and in great condition.

Asside from the load construction it was a good hotel.

We had a newly renovated room on the 3rd floor. Very comfy bed and pillows +++ Dishwasher in room was very loud Had an issue w the tv but staff was very sympathetic in trying to fix it late at night
