Nicely designed rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, friendly helpful staff. Outstanding value. HVAC noisy, location meh (great views but restaurants that lean on vistas over food aren't my bag), hotel restaurant rather sterile and high priced.

We stayed 2 nights at the M Social hotel. Great location, comfortable room, impressive views of the harbor, fantastic staff. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay! Adam even called me right after I booked to confirm the type of room I wanted and called us during the stay to check and see how we were doing. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back in Auckland.

The view was fantastic! The staff were friendly. The bed was extremely hard. I woke up with a sore back, and my partner couldn't sleep very well. It would have been nice to have more coffee and sugar available.

The air conditioning was quite loud - I am a light sleeper though, and I had a terrible sleep because of it, despite the super comfy bed.

The location was perfect for embarking the cruise ship. The terminal was easy walking distance even though the 2 of us had 4 rolling suitcases and 2 carry bags between us. The hotel window spanned the width of the room and provided stunning harbor views. Nothing

Great view. Good value for money. We got the Loaded package which included valet parking. They even charged our EV for us during our stay! Staff were very attentive. Will be back!
