AVOID!!! HOT WATER SHORTAGE IN ROOM. STAY HERE IF YOU WANT ICY COLD SHOWERS!!!! Here's the detail: I would give zero stars if I could, the only good thing is the location. The room was ok when we first checked in, until at night when my husband and I took shower. Note that neither of us took long shower and kept it within reasonable time. I took it first, and then my husband; however, the water soon started to get cold when he was 5 minutes into the shower, forcing him to rinse in cold water. The following day we informed the reception of the hot water shortage. To our surprise, nobody apologized, which to us seemed proper etiquette. The manager didn't seem to be bothered at all, and told us that their water boiler is solar-powered, so understandable that it might not have enough hot water. He even mentioned that the hot water supply should be able to last for two people's shower time, which we found ridiculous and completely untrue. If a family of three stayed in this room with a kid, they would for sure take even longer and the luckiest in the family will just have to do a ice bucket challenge. Given their indifferent attitude, my husband and I knew it was no point arguing. The second night we were so careful with the water usage just so we wouldn't run into the same situation, which again I found absurd in a so-called 4-star hotel. Just imagine it was in winter, how can a hotel not even guarantee basic hot water supply? Even hostel experience would be better than this. A complete waste of money and low value of what we got.

Location near train station No fridge in the room
-
Convenient, easy to find, pleasant staff, newly remodeled rooms Glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom; fortunately I was there alone so it was not an issue

There were party one night and I couldn't really sleep because of the noise of the party

Everything except the decor. Lovely and super helpful staff. Great location. Good breakfast. Questionable decorating choices. I know this can be personal but hotel decorators should know not to mix muddy coral with olive green and brown. Beds super comfortable.

Perfect location to explore the city. Excellent service. Very clean. Extra shelves to put your belongings are needed.

The hotel is in a great location, very short walk to everything, including the bus station and local train station (not TGV). The room is very attractive and a nice size; the bathroom is big. We do wish there was more room for our clothes. We had the breakfast once during our 5 night stay and it was terrific. The breads were freshly baked. There was a nice array of cheeses, meats cereal, eggs. We thought it was an good value if you like to eat a few items for breakfast. The staff was all very nice and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend the hotel and will stay there again if we return to Avignon.

Location was great !

Rooms were modern and clean. If you want more space ask for a corner room, but if it’s still summer you may hear some of the bar noise below. It was not a big deal for us. Good breakfast with eggs, fruit and pastries. Nice first floor bar and patio. Location was a bit of a walk to the Popes Place but close to the local train station. Lots of shopping in town. A bit noisy and the opposite side of town if you want all the restaurants.

The breakfast was very good. There was a lot of variety and more than sufficient quantities. There was no dresser in which to place clothes.
