Reviews
-
It was a classic style accommodation. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating.
-
It was an incredible location right on the square very close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast was very well stocked with good quality food.
-
Our room was large for a European hotel room. The second room we rented for our friend was much smaller and had dirty carpeting. Our large room had laminate and seemed cleaner Th carpeting in our friends room across the hall.
-
great location. Very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated. Very nice, though
-
Staff is great, location is excellent Rooms are tiny, uncomfortably so. Too small for a table even.
-
Beautiful and comfortable rooms, cute hotel with lots of corners of interest. My daughter had a room with an adorable balcony looking out over the rooftops of Avignon. The breakfast was delicious. Also the location could not have been better. My room was next to a disco or some sort of bumping musical activity.
-
Fantastic location! Easy to find and right on the square. I should have chosen a bigger room- but what I booked was fine.
-
Great location. Steps from everything, shops, restaurants activities. Nothing
-
Convenient to the tram station and to the Palais de Pope.
-
Right in the heart of old town! Very nice rooms, fairly quiet and a good breakfast! Nothing
-
Very helpful staff, location, nice added touches such as slippers, great toiletries and pastry in the lobby Housekeepers were speaking loudly in the hallway very early in the morning, horloge chimed into the late night hr. Odd configuration of room access and several few short steps to navigate with luggage
-
Toilet crammed in tight space. Reach toilet paper one must stand up, turn 90 degrees the torn bak 90 and sir again. Shower water spray puddles floor no matter how hard one tries
-
Very central, clean, nice staff. A bit cramped.
-
We stay here every year and they never accommodate early arrivals, not even by 5 minutes. Seems like a silly policy when the rooms are ready
-
Clean facilities Extremely friendly and helpful staff Nothing

Location was great, but it was so hard to reach the hotel by car. The room was extra small, but the staff was nice and everything looks very clean, the access to the hotel by car, even parking to take out the luggage was hard. The room was really small. Not sure I will stay here again.

Location nothing
-
Very central location. Nice decor and good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Slightly noisy at night but what can you expect if you choose a hotel on the main square.

The location very close to the square was great. Excellent breakfast. Some stairs. Our room was small and a bit cramped
