Location is perfect, in 10 min walk from city center and train station. Beds are comfortable.

The room was clean, comfortable beds, air con and heating both worked and could be fully adjusted, the good breakfast buffet for extra fee. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is run like every customer dreams of but seldom if ever finds. If all Ibis were like this one, I would start staying exclusively at an Ibus. I hope Ibis corporate takes note of this review and uses this particular Ibis as a model for all of their hotels …. One can only hope ! Nothing

Bare basics, could use a little bit of decorative touch. Also bathroom caulking needs cleaning and replacing. Bathroom door has water damage on bottom edge.

Great location near city walls Parking can be a hassle

There was construction going on outside our window, which made a lot of noise on Monday morning. Also, a heavy wind which made a lot of noise during the night. It didn't seem very well insulated against noise.

Location and staff. Service was excellent. They printed out a train ticket to Paris for me,that had arrived by email during my stay. Gave directions to places, gave me ice, when I requested it. Helped me with WiFi. Had maid service every other day, as I requested , rather than every day service. Room furnishings were sparse with regard to a closet and a dresser. No ice machine.

All great value for money -

It's IBIS Budget hotel, pretty standard everywhere, small and clean rooms, good breakfast. There is other IBIS hotel above bus station, this is 5 min walking to Avignon central station, but cheaper :) After check-out we requested to leave our bags for 2 hours, they charged few Euros for that.

Smell in bathroom/ bedroom. No electric kettle, poor wardrobe.

Location was central. Most attractions of Avignon are easily accessible by foot. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Free parking is available along the streets. Rate for the room was affordable. The room is clearly very small for 3 people. Once the third bed is deployed, there's little space left to move in the room. One of the toilet paper rolls appeared to have fallen into water and dried. A towel on the bed was not ok and the staff kindly changed it with apologies upon my request. I hope these were exceptions.

The place they provided was in the back room of their kitchen. Room was disgusting, toilet stinks. It was horrible.

This ibis hotel is a well run budget hotel. It is well located for someone who wants to visit the Palace of the Popes.

One of of thr better hotel we stayed Place is nice, location convenient and the staff are nice
