Can get a little warm in there, but it’s Europe so what do you expect.

En-Suite was a bit cramped for space.

The property was excellent and staff were kind ,polite ,and helpful. Nothing wrong with the property but we had unknowingly been double booked and it took hours off our day to finally get a real person on the phone from Booking.com and with the help of the manager at the Regina hotel we were able to solve the issue.

Staff, location, service (front desk, maid, luggage storage) I booked hotel because it had an elevator and I am elderly. But the elevator only went to the 4th floor, and I had to climb a flight of stairs to my room. I would not book again unless guaranteed room was on floor where elevator stops. Also, when you use toilet, you are up against the wall - a little more space would be better.

Bathroom is very small

The location is in the middle of town next to the town hall square. The building is old but the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There is an elevator. The buffet breakfast included juice, cereal, yogurts, croissants, eggs to boil, meats, cheese and coffee and more. As in all old European buildings, there are unexpected steps to watch out for.

Great Location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Step up into the shower was difficult for bad knees.

Well located. Friendly staff Room way too small. Wall paper peeling off. Windows overlooking balcony that wasn’t clean. You had to go up a flight of stairs to get to room. Unexpected, for the price!

The hôtel is in a wonderfully central location and good value stay in shoulder season. Breakfast was copious, good variety and offering with extended hours. My room was a bit dated (inside courtyard) whereas exterior rooms appeared to be of better quality. I also struggled to access the hotel and my room since I booked and arrived after reception closes. I do not recommend such last minute bookings unless traveler has mobile phone to call after hours personnel.

This is my fault for not looking for the temperature control. The air conditioning kicked on sporadically during the night, but I would have liked it to be cooler consistently.

Poor cleanliness, poor isolation of the walls

Beautiful and convenient area. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff Difficult to reach by car. No parking. No warning or suggestions in the booking about access. Time consuming and frustrating to figure out how to get to hotel.

Close to shopping Shower had a lot of mold in it and was horrible

excellent location, 4 blocks from train station, lots of restaurant options. We didn’t try the breakfast ( $15!!) but several good coffee shops nearby. Very helpful staff. Make sure your phone is powered up when you arrive since that is the only way to get into your room. We found that odd…hope it isn’t t the way of the future.

Extensive black mold and moldy smell in both rooms we rented. Our mother-in-law was able to move into a better room, but for us there were only two options that were just as smelly and moldy. We did not get a response for our written complaint to the owner

Convenient location and good value for the money. Small comfortable room, breakfast was sufficient.

The location right on one of the main streets in the historic city center was ideal. Although small, the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The concierge was also very helpful.

Breakfast did not offer too many opportunities. When someone at a higher floor flushed the toilet, a bad smell popped up in my bathroom. Shutting down doors helped mitigating the problem.
