LOVED THE PIER AND THE LOCATION AND ITS A GREAT PLACE OVERALL. THE ROOM WAS BY THE ROAD AND THE TRAFFIC NOISE WAS CRAZY LOUD.

This trip was unforgettable

Poor Value for Money: The nightly rate did not reflect the quality of the accommodations. The "double beds" were undersized and uncomfortable. Maintenance Issues: The whole room is in desperate need of refurbishment. Specifically, the floor tiles were loose (a potential safety hazard) and there was only one available electric socket for the entire room. Sleep Quality: Sleeping was very uncomfortable due to a loud plastic sheet placed under the top linen. Privacy & Security Concerns: My privacy was compromised by another guest flying a drone directly outside my bedroom window. Despite this being a clear intrusion, the staff failed to intervene. I was forced to confront the guest myself to stop the behavior. Summary: I expected a much higher standard for the price paid. Significant improvements in maintenance and guest management are required. Where is the money going to in this hotel??

Absolutely loved the location! And use of kayaks and fab little pool! Had an amazing boat trip too! I found the staff quite abrupt and not that helpful compared with everywhere else we stayed in Mexico!
-
It was clean and beautiful and in the perfect location on the lagoon I wish there was a common area to relax on our rainy days. As we were glamping we did not want to stay in our bungalow
-
breakfast opens too late! And service very slow.
-
I liked that it had it's own lagoon access, guests could use kayaks & paddle boards with no issue, and the breakfast was good. Staff was really nice! I thought the bathroom of the glamping sites was a little bit closer. It made it uncomfortable to go to the restroom at night. There was "stuff"/dust fallin g from the roof or a/c of the room. So I had to ask for a change of pillow sheets and sleep with my head towards the base of the bed. Also, there was vegetation growing on the inside edges of the glamping(some vine weeds). I definitely think they should give more maintenance to these type of rooms.

Walking distance to town, excellent full bit breakfast.

The facilities are beautiful, peaceful tranquility. Love all of the staff It is right on the lGoon so easy to kayak and paddle board. The grounds are outstanding.

The access to the Laguna Bacalar is excellent and amazing.
-
I liked the flexibility the staff provided with our late check in and the mix up with our rooms. They were very accommodating and made good on some booking issues. I loved that we could use the SUP's and kayaks for free at the property! There was a consistent mildew smell in the room unfortunately.

Amazing view of the lagoon , nice swimming pool and lots of areas to relax I liked everything

The walkway to the chairs overlooking the water need a little repair, there was a nail or 2 that needed to be hammered in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Location

The location of this place is unbeatable. I'm going to miss watching the sunrise from their lovely dock which has hammocks, seats and a roof. Gary at the reception was excellent, he really cares about his clients and the whole athmosphere of the place was lovely. The included breakfast is hands down the best I've had. It has a great selection of freshly cooked delicious options (chilaquiles, omelette, eggs, pancakes, etc) plus tropical fruits with granola and yogurt, and all the coffee you want.

Great views and location. Friendly staff and a nice relaxed vibe People getting up early for the sunrise and making a lot of noise. If you are in the glamping rooms then the noise travels very easily! We had 2 mornings of French people shouting across the garden to each other at 5.30!

The staff were very friendly, the food was good, and while the rooms were standard, they were comfortable. The hotel is small, but it felt cozy. The highlight was definitely the amazing view — absolutely stunning!

Beautiful location on the lake. Great included breakfast every morning with our stay. Lovely staff and lovely friendly family vibe. Our glamping hut was cute as well, upscale and very clean and comfortable bed. Very relaxing stay. We had free access to paddle boarding and kayaking which was a lot of fun. We didn’t loved the shared toilets / showers but that’s what you get with glamping I suppose! They could’ve been kept a bit cleaner / one shower barely worked at all.
