Not clean

The staff, very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, the a/c was great. They don’t have towels (I got one old towel cut in half, but clean), no hair dryer.
-
Fans didn't work, bathroom dirty, no lock on the door. No one at check in. No bottled water, next morning no water at all.

There was a communal refrigerator. The streets surrounding the property were covered in wet, thick, slippery mud. It was difficult to walk and I almost fell several times. My sandals were caked in mud. Coming back at night, there were no street lights near the property, so with the mud and darkness, it was dangerous. I intermittently walk with a cane, but here it was absolutely necessary and I would have fallen without it. There was also a large pile of trash near the entrance. I like to walk and stay in budget by not using taxis, but even cars had difficulty managing. On one night there was an incredibly loud party in the house next door, went on past midnight. Also, there was little warmth from the staff, no offers of info, tours, etc. the room was bland. There was 1 beaten up kayak available to rent. I moved to a much better place that had nice, and included nice kayaks for free. I had booked for 3 nights and wanted a refund or partial refund for the last night, stated it was uncomfortable and dangerous to walk in the mud, but it was refused. Booking has not been helpful either.

Good view of the lake, price is a good deal. Facilities need maintenance.

The location was great the lagoon was amazing and we really liked the pier and the palapa. The room was big and clean, everything was good. The only two things we didn’t like were the lack of warm water in the shower and the last part of the road to get to the place was not paved and had a lot of pot holes.
-
Shower didn’t get hot and they didn’t have any hand towels to provide us, but we had big towels. AC needs to be serviced as it wasn’t so strong and leaking outside.

The hotel is located right on the lake with a beautiful palapa to relax and enjoy the beauty. They had a common kitchen with nearly every utensil available, coffee in the morning, water available all day and a large refrigerator to store snacks and beverages. The rooms are very spacious and super quiet. They had kayaks available and plenty of places to sit and relax. Just right out of town, about a 20 min walk to the zocalo and a 10 min walk to Taco Loco. Our room was great and we spent most of our day on the lake. The kitchenette in the room has a sink and a microwave. Perfect for a late night snack. It's a shame the upper floor/bar is not in use. Has potential for a cool vibe.

Liked the location, the beautiful dock to sitting area on the water. Water went off the last night. Noisy ground floor and bright lights outside. Dogs barking constantly.

Perfect/simple place to relax Amazing disconnect

It was right in the lagoon with a beautiful dock where you can swim and catch beautiful sunrises. It was affordable and the staff were really friendly. Nice outdoor landscape, kayak to use for free and hammock to relax and enjoy the day. It was a bit far from the center of downtown so you had to walk about 3/4 mile one way or catch a taxi each time you wanted to go to the center of town. The WiFi service in our room which was a suite upstairs was non existent. There was WiFi in the common areas and reception but not in our room. The property is a little run down and could use some maintenance and touch up work.

Great location, clean, friendly and easy to find in the heart of Campeche

The property was beautiful and located right on the lagoon. I enjoyed the over water deck as well as having use of their kayaks. The bed linens were not comfortable at all.

Beautiful dock on the lagoon with shade and seating, close to town, and it was so peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. not much! the rooms are a bit outdated but the outside was beautiful which is where we spent most of our time.
