My daughter and I were in Baltimore for a weekend to watch the baseball games between the Nationals and Orioles and checked in originally at 3:00 on June 27th. The lady at the front desk was wonderful very sweet, unfortunately the communication with housekeeping as far as the room being ready was an issue when we went to the room both beds were unmade and there were pubic hairs on the toilet. Toilets on the floor and the trash cans unemptied. The TV was also still on! I went back down to correct things but unfortunately had to wait in line for 30 minutes because there was just one worker at the front desk. She was nice and caring but couldn't do it all by herself. The other frustrating thing as we were told by her we would have a be able to keep her car there for the game to end the next day but then with a different staff member on Sunday we kind of had to fight that a little bit. She said we would have to pay for another day and I explained to her that the lady had told us that we would be able to keep it there for another day my daughter finally spoke up and said we had had a major problem with the room the day before being checked in with it being dirty and not prepared for guests and then the lady decided to let us have the parking for the rest of the day without paying another $18 overall the room was great at the hotel was great but it seemed like there was a real problem with housekeeping even at the morning breakfast the trash piled up around the trash can.

Not enough staff to help check in however staff that was there were nice and patient.

Very loud. Lots of construction going on. People coming back from the casino were loud in the hallways. But the worst thing was when I woke up the next morning and there was no water. I was traveling for work and that was not a good situation. The lady working the desk was very understanding when I asked for my money back and was very helpful. If I were coming for a game at the stadium I might stay there again because I was there to just have a good time but I was supposed to there for a week for work.

Honestly, I would’ve given a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the noisy AC. My husband and I didn’t get much sleep. The next morning we went to speak with the manager whom was very unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came from the back and said “what y’all need”. I definitely expected a good morning, hello, or how may I help you. We explained about the Air Conditioner, and asked can we change rooms. She stated verbatim “The Air Conditioners in all the rooms are noisy, so it doesn’t make sense to change your room. When the hotel was renovated, the air conditioners weren’t updated. So moving forward she called the room and offered us switch rooms when one comes available. So next thing you know, the maintenance guy comes up with a BRAND NEW air conditioner still in the box. He switched it out in less than 10 minutes. So we basically when through all of that for nothing…lol

Hotel is OK. There was loud music on the street just outside my window at 5am. Not a great neighborhood. But good enough for what I needed.

There were a few homeless individuals hanging around and one charging his phone near the pool. That made us feel a little uneasy. Because he walked in lobby area and proceeded to the walk way near pool. Staff allowed him and others to hang around. We’d probably stay here again.

The fact that while booking u asked about what cards are accepted and what cards are not accepted only to arrive and be told they couldn’t take my card. This was a horrible experience I had to drive all around an unfamiliar town looking for my bank.
