The mattress needs to be changed. The flickering light on the ceiling is annoying. The walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Water should be included in the room. Why isn't there a bathroom in the lobby? It's horrible that you have to go up to the 2nd floor.

Great place and helpful staff. Plenty of added amenities.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. The harbor view from our room was fantastic. The only negative was the noise from the street outside. Did not get a good night’s sleep, sadly.

The hotel was amazing, from the moment we checked in to when we checked out, total smooth sailing. The room was beautiful, clean and very spacious. My daughter and I were very happy

Great location, great hotel. We wished we could stay longer. Next time.

Everything about the hotel is great. The biggest problem I had was understanding the price I paid was SOLELY for the view and location. It's an mildly above average hotel. Better than middle of the road, but don't expect royalty. Premium rooms? A hair larger than regular rooms, and above the 3/4th floors. THAT IS IT! So choose wisely as I may have saved myself some money there. Toilet paper is Scott y'all. Hair dryer is Conair that barely blows compared to most dryers out in 2026. The pool is a lap pool for the most part. It's small and 5' deep all around. Not really for kids that don't know how to swim, so keep that in mind. The jacuzzi/hot tub is nice enough and big enough, but the water isn't super hot. But hot enough. The gym amenities are good enough. I was able to get a couple good workouts in. Location is fantastic, it really is. The view is super nice, it really is. The rooms are quiet, which is appreciated. I just really thought I was gonna get a bit more. Maybe a 6 pack of water bottles? Maybe a room on the 6th or 7th floor? I don't know. My kid and his best friend were happy. The beds and pillows are comfy. Again, the hotel is great, just know what you are paying for and getting. Self parking was easy enough and I appreciated being able to get in and out anytime I wanted. I would stay here again, but I now know what premium means and now you do too.

Best location. Easy access to interesting areas. Clean. Great staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, easy parking and great amenities. The pool complex was very nice. You don't usually see hotels with a lap pool lane. The hot tub was very relaxing as well. There is also a basketball court as well as pickleball/tennis court. Dog friendly as well. You can walk the dog in the courtyard near the pool complex. Simple breakfast with pre-made sandwiches, muffins and bagels available for purchase in the coffee shop. Short walk to Camden Yards. I would definitely stay here agin!

What a wonderful stay! Aimie (I think was her name). Was so helpful. She checked me in, helped with getting our rooms close together and checked me out. She was kind and was a wonderful impression of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

So close to stadiums, walk there. Close to Harborplace then take water taxis everywhere. Great place to stay.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city and the water. We also really appreciated the parking situation. There’s a parking garage just around the corner that costs $24 + tax per night. You just need to provide your license plate number when you check in. Once parked, there’s a door from the garage area where you can enter the hotel using your room key, which made things really easy. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Baltimore!
