The room was clean but some wear and tear could be seen. Staff was very nice and check-in/out was fast. The self parking was easy to manage.

• blackout curtains did not connect to wall lots of gaps of light simple Velcro or wait at the end of curtains can fix. Pleased overall with curtains just gaps of light ad Velcro snaps buttons something.. • 1p check out. 12p/12:15p knocks….was in a suite was it was rude…just a little • needed a comforter…seems like only a summer blanket was provided Pleased with room staff so helpful at the desk, garage attendant not so much. Friendly valet, shop needed more convenient store items. It was more like a café. Glad i had a high floor room will stay again Praise staff for their smiles, explanations and quick check in. Loved the security of the lobby bathroom and its decor Thanks for a nice stay

Had an excellent view. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. I lost my phone and they actually looked for it, I ended up finding it. It was super clean too! We weren’t able to use the pool due to weather it is an outdoor pool.

The room was nice with a harbor view. The only downside was the traffic and noise that lasted until 1 a.m. The hotel staff were accommodating upon arrival, even though the room wasn’t ready, and they offered free breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, we had to wait 30 minutes when we went down as they were understaffed for the number of guests.

I had a Celebration of Life event at the M8 Brewery for my brother and stayed 2 days at the Hyatt. It was a great stay, Everything was clean, staff were great, parking attendants friendly and helpful. I had to have a piece of jewelry altered, and someone from their maintenance staff came out, took my necklace back and fixed it the way I wanted. We had a great time, my sister and I shared a room, and my cousin and her son another room. The BIG BONUS PART!!!??? It was the weekend the Eagles and Ravens were playing, and I went to go down the elevator, and when the door opened, someone's back was facing me, but he turned around and it was none other than JALEN HURTS!!! And of course we got a selfie shot!!! I was shocked and tongue tied! The Eagles stayed there that night too so there was lots of security. I did not have breakfast, although it was comped to us I just wasn't hungry to eat. GO EAGLES! GO HYATT!

Everything was incredible from Raphael & Jen at the front desk, to Cassie at breakfast, bar staff by the pool. 10 out of 10 will sleep there again!

Clean and safe- the location was Perfect to walk to the M&T stadium and Across the street from Inner Harbor.
