Chic, elegant and clean It’s a little bit isolated

Excellent hotel in a beautiful, relaxed part of Phuket. The pool was large, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed taking part in the daily activities, and there was a great selection of restaurants with something for everyone. The complimentary shuttle to Boat Avenue and the local markets was a real bonus and made it easy to explore the area. We travelled in July, and it was much quieter than expected, which made for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking to stay in a quieter area of Phuket. The only area that could be improved was the beach. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of litter, including plastic bottles and other rubbish. We appreciate that there is a monthly beach clean-up and that the strong winds during our stay may have washed in additional debris. Swimming was also prohibited due to rough sea conditions (red flags). A quick daily beach clean-up would make a significant difference and help keep this beautiful beach looking its best.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. Very helpful staff The internet was not good in the rooms. The restaurants were ok, but nothing notable

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, the pools are excellent, and the staff is truly outstanding. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfasts were good, with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient — right on the lagoon and near Boat Avenue — but honestly, the hotel itself is so good that you don’t even feel the need to leave. The only thing we regret is that we split our stay between two hotels SAII was our second hotel, and we truly wish we had stayed there for the entire trip. Very well maintained. Clean. Literally everything was how it’s supposed to be.

The room exceeded our expectations! it was so clean and comfortable, and felt really special. Was a great place to stay for a few days in Phuket. Romantic, and family friendly at the same time. The pool was very busy, a lot of children but to be expected! There are a lot of places to sit and lots of options for pools so it didnt feel soo cramped

Only food It was too crowded, at the place we were found that only for 800 Bat (Thailand money) anybody can get the day pass and enter the Hotel for whole day and 600 Bat out of 800 you can spend for food and the actual cost is 200. The rooms were not cleaned well and beach was really dirty including swimming pool.

A little bit far from the city

We did get this resolved. We found it odd that the room clean service was so late in the day. [After 4pm] Most people have returned from the pool/beach and want to clean up for dinner! On 3 occasions we had to decamp for the room clean. Most days we were out of the room from 7am until 12.30. We would have afternoon tea at the club lounge 2.30-3pm. As mentioned this got resolved!

The hotel is amazing, in a perfect location, everything was above all our expectations. We would love to come back if we have the chance. The food was great, staff very friendly and very, very clean! We had an amazing time there! Highly recommend it! The fact that they didn’t have sunbeds on the beach is a downside. Their beach is actually so good, they should really put some chairs there. Also in the evening the hotel could have some entertainment, like some programs or music maybe.

Gorgeous property Housekeeping never changed the sheets and we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and another time never emptied the bathroom trash can.

Room, facilities, breakfast and beach

The swimming pools and the beach attending the hotel are great! We got an upgrade and the room was amazing (we were provided with fresh fruits and champagne to welcome us). Very comfy beds, nice view on the beach and the laguna, superb bathroom. The spa is also a highlight although it's a bit expensive. The area where our room was located was literally infested by mosquitos! The restaurants are very expensive and the food is good but not exceptional, the quality of the breakfast is also a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Good location. Nice hotel. Rooms are good size but not functional, no wardrobes, too much packed. We put our clothes on the extra bed due to lack of storage. There is one water slide. Some adults are taking rides as well (like 40 yo big guys) we had an incident that a guy did the slide just after our kid and hit on our son. When we asked the security watching them to slide they way he answered was unacceptable“these gents they don’t listen to me!” Then why is he there even if he can not prevent these cases?

We asked for late check out but the hotel cudnt accommodate and tried every possible ways to push us to check out as soon as possible. I found it a bit impolite
