The location is very close to the khaosan market. There are nice eateries nearby. If I have to express a disappointment then it will be that i didn't get the river side rooom.

The balcony to the water canal is great, gives the room extra feel of spaciousness. It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable. A nice fresh coffee facility is a bonus. This purely subjective but for me the breakfast was poor in comparison to my experiences of Thai hotel breakfast. For example the eggs did not look appetising and apart from fresh fruit and yogurt, there were only plenty of stale reheated Asian dishes options.

The hotel is beautiful. Clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Good proximity to Khao San/Ram Buttri Road. We were downgraded as they had given our room away

Good location, just 8 minutes walk from Khaosan Road, very friendly staff, every day cleaning, clean rooms. Pool looks okay (did not use it). Did not take breakfast so don't know about that. Daily 2 water bottles for free. Great shower, no water leaking!! ? Just like most hotels in Thailand, this one also doesn't have soundproof walls. So at night I could sometimes hear crazy drunk people coming back to their rooms. But that has mostly to do with those people.

The only negative of our stay was the breakfast foods were cold everyday... the heat needs to be turned up under the hot foods

I don’t understand some of the low scores, hotel has everything one needs, it’s comfortable, the whole staff is beyond polite and friendly, pool area is super nice and the location also perfect.

The location and breakfast and the staff. Great value for money, discrete and simple but very comfortable The AC was not working well, and sometimes the reception and halls had a not so pleasant smell.
