Everything. It was the best hotel I have stayed at in Thailand. The shower temperature is tricky. Plenty of hot water but can get a bit too hot at times. I love a hot shower but you have to really be careful

Very upscale with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of amenities and within walking distance of a large mall with restaurants. Walking distance to Train Walking Street. The location is along a very busy industrial-feeling area with the elevated train at the front of the hotel (easy access to go somewhere?).

Great facilities and very clean. Awesome swimming pool and fast internet All good. Location was further out from central Bangkok but close enough to the airport. It was fine.

Staff were the best! Hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Requested two room adjoining and was given that which I find yo be rare when using a third party booking app. Web site says sound proofed rooms yet the glass was single pane and the building is right next to a freeway on and off ramp and the motorcycles were loud and it made it very hard to sleep with that noise. Location is a bit far from the airport. Most annoying off all and reason I won’t return was the restaurant was ridiculous expensive for food that is the same as any other Dusit or 3 star hotel. Coffee 165 baht for latte! Breakfast buffet 600, no thanks, which means I had to hassle with walking around looking for other options off a busy street at late and early times.

Large clean room. The gym is very well maintained and good variety of equipment. The pool is large excellent for lap swimming. The breakfast is good. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. It is a short distance to mall with a variety of restaurants. Difficult to regulate shower temperature. The metro stop is walking distance but it takes a while to get to downtown BKK. However, drive to the airport is fairly easy and avoids traffic.

Modern hotel with very polite and attentive staff. Larger room size and good bed and bathroom. It’s close to Seacon Square, Paradise and Central BangNa so fab for shopping without the inconvenience of having to battle traffic and crowds further in. Quite convenient to transport and airport. Double beds need 4 pillows -2 soft and 2 harder. But otherwise couldn’t fault the hotel

The room was clean and the staffs were also very hospitable. However, the air-con was very cool despite tuning to 28C. The hotel took care of the customers especially after the earthquake by arranging us to sit at the front yard with water, pastry , cool towel and fruit to treat us. It was a nice experience to stay in the hotel. Might come back to stay again. Myabe Air con to be modified.
