Room is good, SPA is nice, but pool is too small. Breakfast costs 10eur per person and was good, except coffee. Great stuff

Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend this property to others. The only minor areas for improvement relate to the wellness facilities. The pool is quite small, and during peak hours it can become overcrowded, making it less enjoyable for guests. Better organization or capacity management during busy periods would improve the experience. In addition, the SPA area is somewhat modest compared to the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

Everything was great — the room, the pool, the food, and the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff (who spoke not only English, but also Serbian). This time we were just passing through, but we're definitely coming back for a longer stay. The pool got a bit crowded at times and balls were being thrown around, despite the rules. But this was the exception, not the rule.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel St George. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the pool was always warm and clean. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied every day. What made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. Everyone — from the receptionists and waiters to the housekeeping staff — was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the first day. Special thanks to Biljan for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable, and also to the kids’ animator, who was wonderful with our child and made our family vacation even more relaxing and beautiful. The hotel and staff truly deserve 5 stars. We would happily come back again!

Very satisfied!The food was excellent, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only thing missing was an outdoor pool!

There was a deal on when we went which meant that the hotel was full of families with young kids. As a result the pool was full of kids most of the time. I would suggest having a separate kiddie pool so there is still space to swim or maybe specific hours without kids. For dinner we decided not to eat at the hotel because there were very few vegetarian options other than pasta, salad and pizza. Would suggest to consider adding more veggie dishes to your menu.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were really nice, with a variety of options and the food was well-prepared. The spa facilities are quite limited - 3 saunas and 1 steam room, and were quite busy during the weekend. The jacuzzi also had a strange smell. The kid's center has a lot of things but they are cluttered and space is very limited. Also, the cocktails were not good at all.

The size of the room / apartment is very good. Very nice stuff. Shuttle to the gondola and back. SPA is nice as well. Only one shower for 5 people. Pillows are not very comfortable. Breakfast can be improved

Room was comfortable , dinner and breakfast were also had a variety of food. SPA and pool aren't very large, but enough. Location to ski lift and Bansko are very close.

Great location, 600 meters from the gondola. Very comfortable bed and cute balcony. TV had 200 channels. Very helpful and friendly staff.

All inclusive is a bit weird and confusint. Only bulgarian drinks are included. Even water in the fridge is said to be extra. Foods are good and pletiful and reception staff is very helpful but there is room to improve with som aspects

Everything fine , especially after check out they still accepted us to have a quick shower , that’s great.
