Apartment was clean and spacious. Check in process was difficult. Online payment process for city taxes failed consistently and we had a difficult time finding a method to contact the company. Building was down a narrow corridor and hard to find. Shower tiles were quite slippery , a bit dangerous.

Location is good. Air conditioning works perfect. Communication with staff is fast. House is clean. You find everything you need at home. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delivered in boxes to home 1 day before. Also for last day we did not receive the breakfast.

1) The location was perfect for our plans. 2) The welcoming gift made us feel appreciated by the host. 3) It had a well equipped kitchen, and was very clean. 4) The amenities and decorations made the space feel cozy. 5) The rooms were easy to navigate, and the beds were comfortable. 6) Great Security. We felt safe every moment. Everything was perfect for us.

Did not use breakfast. Location was great. Gates at the alley were great! Having an elevator was great. Rooftop would be great in warmer weather. Three bathrooms, yay! Ability to store luggage onsite or near would have been outstanding. Office was too far away to be practical. Key fob entry was difficult to use. Rooftop needed attention.

The space, service and location were excellent, perfect for a family with small children. The included breakfast was excellent as well, very worth it! The elevator was quite small for a stroller and luggage, but breaking it into a few trips worked.

Location, size of apartment Tried and tried to get early check in by a couple hours and they refused to commit to anything in advance and we would have to call the office on arrival and see what they could on the day. Just tell me if it's available or not in advance so I can plan alternatives. Access is via a code locked gate and code locked door but they wouldn't provide code in advance. Smell of mildew throughout apartment. Neighbors in complex very, very noisy late into the evening. Pod coffee maker but no pods provided. Even a couple would have been nice. Didn't reply to messages via web form, had to install and use whatsapp. This may be common in Europe but not for US based travellers.

The location of this apartment is central to many things to see in Barcelona, especially Las Ramblas. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and the hosts provided food, milk and juice, which was handy during our stay. Nothing. We had a great stay!

The location is perfect, and very close to the metro and lots of activities. The staff here is phenomenal! The communication starts well in advance and they were available to help. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate travel to/from the airport, but also to make recommendations for locations near by. The apartment was perfect, clean and had everything we needed with nice touches.

The space was great… The bathrooms were clean and modern as was the kitchen. Location was good. The grandkids loved the pool and the outdoor space on the roof. Halfway through our stay, housekeeping brought us fresh towels. That was really great. We encountered somewhat dirty floors when we arrived. They were promptly clean. It was explained to us that Barcelona suffers from chronic dust. The floors were fine after being cleaned I guess twice. Consider upgrading the furniture in the living room. We were in 22. The furniture was old and looked like something from your grandma’s house.

The accommodation was very spacious and handy having two toilets, perfect as well with the amount of cutlery that was available for all 8 guests. Perfect short walk to the metro and right next to a super market. Additionally it was gated access and felt very safe and secure. The pool was a bit smaller than it looks in photos but it was perfect to dunk into to cure a hangover.

The locatin was perfect. Easy walk to most sites. It was quiet, which I feel was likely because it was on the outskirts of the Gothic Quarter. Very clean with comfortable beds. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for our party. Having the kitchen was great. Would definately stay here again. Nothing

I liked the location in the city center, even though the street itself was average. I appreciated the attention to detail for my birthday, with a bottle placed in the room. I also liked the recommendations the hotel gave me for a restaurant (though not for the second one). I was pleased that they charged me a reduced price for the early check-in. I didn’t like the smell in the apartment or on the street; it smelled like sewage. I didn’t like the noise at night, especially during the first night, which was unbearable. The quality of the bedding was disappointing and clearly not up to the standard for the price. Overall, I was very unhappy with the value for money. I’m used to luxury locations, and at over 1000 CHF per night, which is equivalent to stays in very nice hotels, I expected something exceptional, but it was far from luxurious. Additionally, there was no luggage drop-off on-site when arriving or departing, and the baggage drop-off office was far away.

Shower room wasn’t nice There is a gap between the floor and the shower door so the floor was socked
