Didn’t have breakfast No negatives

Disappointing

Exceptional breakfast in a historic hotel ideally located near the metro and walkable to Barcelona sites. The price was high and the room was small for two people with luggage. There was only one luggage rack in the room and only one chair. Space in the bathroom was also limited for storing toiletries.

Very good spot, nice and clean.Staff helpful Unfortunately 1st afternoon because they are doing renovations there was a fair bit of noise until 7pm. This improved over next few days and they didn't start before 10am.

A Breakfast is a really very delicious, so many choices, so tidy and clean breakfast room, very kind madam prepare the table and clean after your breakfast, the Bellboy from Bulgaria was really so helpful because we went by car, help with the garage and our suitcases, location between the old town and the sea, the Balcony with the view to small park. Our room was not so clean the first day we came, the second day we came back to room at 16:00, the person who is cleaning was in our room and she told us to wait in the front of the door for 10 minutes, after that we found room not clean and she was not so kind. We met her boss in the hall and I told what is the problem but she did not do anything, just told us sorry.

It was clean, beautifully presented and staff were warm & welcoming. Room was well set up and comfortable.

Excellent location, close to everything yet. There was nothing we didn't like. Possibly better tea/coffee and milk options for the room. We purchased milk from shop across the road and kept it in fridge so no issue.

Staff very good, Martin was particularly helpful. Park opposite had some questionable characters.

Hotel was in a fabulous location, close to the Gothic quarter and the cruise terminal which was perfect for us. The property was very clean, cosy and comfortable for our stay. We would definitely stay here again. It can be a little noisy at night but it did quieten down.

The staff were great! Everyone was kind and helpful. I didn’t love that breakfast was suppose to be until 11am but the waitresses told us they wanted to start packing up at 10:45. If you want to be done by 10:30, then just make it 10:30. But it wasn’t fun being rushed or guilt tripped on vacation.

The hotel is exceptional with great attention to detail. Everything in our room worked properly (yes, this is not always the case even in the most expensive hotels). The lighting is very convenient with various sources, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was cooling fast without blowing into your head, the room was quiet for the location, the curtains allowed for full black out, and the breakfast was of high quality and various options, gluten free and vegan inclusive.

Just wonderful , close to everything, staff were helpful and before I arrived messaged back very quickly .

Position The first night we were placed in the room for people with disabilities which were different from what it is in the pictures on Booking. After complaining we were assigned to the room we bioked We expected to have a discount for the first night but nothing was given

Friendly & helpful staff that gave good recommendations to restaurants and things to see & do. Great location too. Room was on the small size.
