staff welcoming breakfast was disaster I paid for it but I could not even try from the way it looks space not decorated well choices and quality make you did not even think to try

Nice new hotel. Convinient location close to Gothic quarter but quite. Good for cruise passengers, close to mall. Small balcony. Mostly everything was good. Vent in bathroom could be better and shower doors don’t close completely but it wasn’t big deal.

Great location ! Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the ocean ! Staff were Very Nice, helpful and bilingual ! Beds were comfortable, room was VERY CLEAN ! Would stay again !!!! Nothing

Hotel is next to bakery, grocery store and Las Ramblas. Very small balcony.

The staff were amazing. As a first time solo traveler I created so many problems in my head lol. They responded to my emails and reassured me they would make sure I had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing. The breakfast was excellent quality and the convenience to the port was just the thing I needed! Not a single thing

Great location. Wonderful staff. Our junior suite with its amazing terrace was fantastic Stairs to get to junior suite, but staff delivered & picked up luggage, which was wonderful

The hosts at the hotel were very nice!! Explained everything to us and made sure we had what we needed. Also helped book a taxi for us on departure to the airport. The hotel was modern, room was clean, bathroom was comfortable with a nice shower and it was great it was tidied during our stay as well. Location was excellent; so easy to walk around the Gothic Quarter and easily find all kinds of delicious food nearby and also stroll along the waterfront. Nothing!

The facility access to download and up load is just one line of traficc and the traffic is heavy all day
