Welcoming, helpful, great location, walking distance of Beach, ferry port, bus stop for hop on off tour, walking distance of some good attractions! Gondolina cable car, Maritime museum, la rambles, Barconleta and much more. Walking distance of shops, restaurants etc Ideal for couples, or friends city break Just a small thing, Room cleaning was not completed on second day, bag of rubbish left in room and Teas coffees not topped up, Had to request these 2 days running.

Excellent location, just below the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but a stone's throw away from the harbor with great restaurants and a nice boardwalk. The hotel organised an in-room massage for me, as well, which was such a treat at the end of a work trip! Big room, and lovely, quiet courtyard with loungers and a pool. No complaints

The location, the pool area and most of all the staff. The people working there made this such a wonderful stay. The one and only criticism was that our triple room was cramped for three adults. With the sofa bed made into a bed, we were unable to open the door / window as there wasn’t enough room.

Location, staff, hygiene Bedding wasn’t great. Requested a double bed, get two singles pushed together. This was ok but… the bedding sheets did not fit the deep, comfy mattresses so every night I woke up to the bottom sheets off the mattress and tangled in my legs. It was a constant frustration.

The staff were amazing. As a first time solo traveler I created so many problems in my head lol. They responded to my emails and reassured me they would make sure I had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing. The breakfast was excellent quality and the convenience to the port was just the thing I needed! Not a single thing

Very friendly staff, Nico also gave us great local tips. The room was very spacious, and housekeeping kept the place super clean and tidy everyday. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool everyday as well. Great location to nearby attractions, and there’s a supermarket right next door. None
