The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are particularly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful; however, we missed having a hot breakfast option, such as eggs. The furniture is somewhat outdated, the refrigerator was not working, and the cleanliness was not perfect, particularly in the bathroom.

The staff was very kind and helpful, great location. The air conditioning was great too! The room size was small than expected

Very friendly staff, perfect location and retro style. The help-yourself-area with free water, tea and coffee (after 11:00) was a nice touch. The floor was perhaps a bit dusty but the overall room, bed and bathroom were very clean.

Great customer policies (check in, check out, luggage storage), very nice facilities, excellent location and above all very nice and friendly staff. Some elements could use an update, but it actually gives it more charm like this.

The location was good, very close to Metro stations. The staff were very helpful. One of the rooms was very small.

Everything was great! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room both before check-in and after check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing. Everything met my expectations.
