Clean aesthetically pleasing room featuring neutral tones and plenty of natural light The full hotel was very clean, lobby smelled great and the rooms were immaculate. Rooftop terrace also kept very tidy throughout our stay. The location was good, a short walk from most of Eixample and always taxis outside if going further afield. When checking out I had lost my bracelet, it must have fell under the bed. Around 8 hours later we returned to the hotel and the staff had found it and had it kept at reception for me. No complaints

Excellent location if you want to be in l'Eixample district. All is very close by. Breakfast is served on the roof top floor which is really great. They have a button system that allows you to activate the “Do Not Disturb” option. However, the housekeeping staff did not respect it. I activated the “Do Not Disturb” signal, but my room was still entered by the housekeeping staff. I even called reception to make sure they were aware, but unfortunately, it did not help. A member of the housekeeping staff still entered my room despite the clear “Do Not Disturb” indication. The old school paper sign hanging on the door would work much better.

Good location, modern interior and good facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Very nice toiletries and clean comfortable bed. Not much privacy at the back of the property overlooking people’s balconies. Staff can be more thorough in cleaning floors, bedside table surfaces and bathrooms.

Amazing location, very close to the Axel where a lot of our friends were staying. Really great food and shops all around, and you're quite close to some great tourist locations. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, great design, very clean - the bathroom is quite large but doesn't lock which is a bit strange.
