There was a daily cleaning option without an extra cost and the owner also let us leave our luggage the final day. Overall very kind and respectful.

Perfect location, the building is old but beatiful and apartment is very clean and modern.

Location with Central had many available stores. Quick Mart and other shops had great access to transportation. Definitely the issue with the property was cleanliness. They did housekeeping and daily cleaning, even though they did reuse dirty linens that was “ clean “ it had blood stains on the linens and yet it was documented with photo and visual by worker also no TV or programming was available at location as indicated by the promotion on there booking site

This was our second stay at Hostel Hera. It's in a perfect location for us, close to many of the things we wanted to see in Barcelona. The room was small (it's a hostel), but it was VERY clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The lighting was good, the bed was comfortable, and the room also had a small TV. The staff, was excellent. Very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property. A great value, with an excellent staff.

The property was clean and in a great location to all the sights we wanted to see! It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in the actual rooms rather than just in the reception area

+ Spotless clean, staff was very friendly. Location is great, less noisy than I would have imagined since I was facing the main road. - it went from super hot when I got there (heating on) to cold at night, so I couldn’t sleep very well due to the temperature change. Bed was also a bit hard.

Good location. The personal was kind. Since it was expensive we expected a better standard. (not functional shower and bad cleaning) The entrance and stairs smelled very bad We where disappointed and ended up buying a hotel room nearby after one night.

Second visit to barcelona for the half marathon, second time staying at Hera and will continue to book this place in future.The staff are so welcoming and polite and will help anyway they can. Location is perfect, loads around in and easy get transport to all over barcelona from this area. Room had balcony,was nice to just sit out and listen to the nigghtlife. Photos from balcony
