I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Barcelona Catedral. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and it was always nice to be greeted by the doorman/security staff, who were warm, welcoming, and happy to help. My room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, cozy, comfortable, beautifully designed, and felt modern and updated. After a full day of exploring Barcelona, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. The location is excellent. It’s in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and shops, and very close to the metro. Getting to places like the Sagrada Família, Park Güell, and other parts of the city was quick and easy. I also really appreciated the complimentary daily happy hour, where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and light bites. Maria, who managed the evening happy hour, was especially professional, friendly, and genuinely made guests feel welcome. Between the outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and unbeatable location, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. N/A

The location was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful and all staff were friendly and accommodating. They recommended ways to buy cheap transport that were really helpful and saved us time and money. The rooms were serviced each day and the air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. Security people in the foyer were friendly too. I also liked the portable steamers in the room allowing us to press our clothes easily. Very happy with everything. No real view from our room, but once outside we could find nice places to see.

Amazing location around the corner from Catedral Barcelona. The room was so modern and comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower and great amenities. There were enough hangers and the fridge was big enough to hold my drinks. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes and beautifully presented in a gorgeous restaurant. They offer a cheese plate with a glass of cava in the late afternoon. And the pool was so refreshing and there were ample lounges. This is THE BEST PLACE TO STAY in Barcelona, hands down!! I didn’t like that I couldn’t get another reservation when I returned to Barcelona, because this place is so popular.
