Great reception desk staff, amazing breakfast, great location! We enjoyed the roof top pool and the coffeemaker in the room. Great coffee selection both in the room and at the breakfast area. Everyone was super friendly - at the reception, at the pool bar and the downstairs bar. We truly felt welcomed. The soap dispensers in the shower need another method of being hooked to the wall - ours kept falling off.

Everything. 1) This hotel location is just perfect if you look for cosy quiet sleep away from the Barcelona’s nightlife. Paxton is located in Poblenou, a comfortable lovely area with good infrastructure and has two metro stations in a 5-7 min walking distance. 2) Good breakfasts. A bit overpriced but solid choice of food and drinks. 3) Lovely cosy rooms with enough space for a family with several suitcases. Two minor things to note: a) there is no lock on a bathroom and toilet door; and b) lightning in the room is effectively common for the whole space, so you will lack privacy if someone needs to sleep while the others are still on their feet. 4) The hotel staff is just fantastic. One of the best and most professional teams I met in my journeys. Reception is 100% helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the delayed luggage and they kept helping with it until it was solved. All our requests were managed timely with no delay. Room service is excellent. This is an absoluty perfect match of value for your money. Nothing crucial

The staff were lovely, the room was great and the pool area was a real plus. The bathroom area opens on to the room. Could be problematic for some.

Nice, clean rooms. Strong A/C, but can be adjusted. Nice pool on the roof. Good location. Helpful and nice staff. Only 2 elevators. It's not enough.

No thing Dear Paxton Barcelona Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the way my family and I were treated during our check-in at Paxton Barcelona. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude was very unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She's name (meri )we did not receive the welcoming and respectful service that I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I was asked to pay an additional €70 per night for my three-year-old daughter, as well as an additional charge for a baby/extra bed. I explained that we did not need a bed because my daughter would simply sleep next to me, but this was not accepted. I eventually agreed to the additional arrangement. I was then told that the hotel was fully booked and that we would have to wait until 3:00 PM for our room, even though it was still before the official check-in time. However, I could clearly see that there were many rooms available, which made the explanation particularly disappointing. I understand that hotels have check-in policies and procedures, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessary and lacked professionalism and hospitality. I am not complaining simply because I had to wait for the room. My main concern is the attitude and the way we were treated as guests, especially considering that we were travelling with a young child. Even today when I chk out I ask her to make late chk out at least 1 hour she said I will charge you if you late after 12 I really had very bad experiences from these hotel because of her and she destroy my vacation. I kindly ask the management to review this situation and take the necessary action to ensure that other guests do not have a similar experience. I look forward to receiving your response.
