Nice room, comfortable, clean and very big. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was amazing. This was a "cousin night together before school starts" stay and due to the attentiveness during the stay the kids had a great experience. As a grandma I am very grateful. As the premises experienced a lightning strike prior to our visit that took out the elevators and internet/phones, I was a little anxious about our stay. But we were treated so well. We will back. Thank you again.

The elevators were not working due to the storms that came thru that week. Also no internet either. Nicevstay other tthen that.

The Starbucks was closed the morning we left.

We had a terrible experience , the elevator was not working, we were on third floor and it took 3 trips to get a room key that actually worked before getting a room change. Bedding was dirty, both TV not working, AC not working and WC water tank leaking all night, curtains were ripped. Building was stroke by lightning but that doesn’t justify the state of maintenance and housekeeping

The staff were great and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The building, however, is a bit run down. Only one elevator was working, and it felt like it could give out at any moment. Our first room had an air conditioner that made very loud, unpleasant noises. Since we were staying for several days, we asked for a different room, and the staff quickly helped — the second room was better. We did have a toilet break during our stay, which my husband ended up fixing himself. Also, towels seem to be limited, so if you like more than one after a shower, keep that in mind.

Yes, drink left in mini fridge from previous guest, carpet was wet at ac unit, some type of leak. No mat in shower, slippery. Ask for a walk in shower, got the handicapped room with tub.

I enjoyed the property. Conveniently located to everything I wanted to do in Canadian. 1 minute away from dining. 1 minute away from pretty much everything. I enjoyed my themed room. I especially liked the soft sheets and hot water pressure. A little piece of local history in my room. I'll be back to visit, and I'll stay here.

The maintenance gentleman was so helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The quirky design throughout and the closet for the refrigerator and microwave was delightful! The shower floor was slippery.

My family & I had three rooms. All were clean and in great shape. Pool was nice. Patios and sitting areas were comfy and clean. People were having birthday parties and couples were enjoying time together. It was a nice environment. Fourth floor rooms 409 & 411 had the best view from window. Housekeeping was cleaning and very polite. Front desk and bistro staff were helpful with things to do and places to go. Would definitely return :)

Looked updated and clean The bed was so uncomfortable... and I wish it offered 4 pillows
