Excellent hotel!! Beautiful, clean, and helpful employees. Only complaint, breakfast was not very appetizing. But lots of options. Hot food a no go. Have some cereal and a bagel you'll be fine. Overall Great stay would definitely go back!

New hotel. Good location. Our room was filthy upon check in!

Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything.

Rooms are spacious w/ kitchen bonus. Not fond of the limited counter space at sink vanity & lighting wasn't bright enough IMO. Area was safe & nice distance to casino.
