Upon entry, staff was very hospitable. I love how clean the hotel was inside and out. The rooms were beautifully updated, and I was checked on throughout my stay .one of the staff even help me put on my necklace and I truly appreciated that cause I couldn’t get it on

The room was clean, with a nice bathroom and shower. There is really no storage in the room, no drawers, and no closet. There is a mini-fridge with a bar above it to hang clothes and a bench with a top and bottom shelf under the TV. There was no microwave although it states in the listing there is. There is a water bottle fill station on the first floor near the elevator doors, but there is no ice bucket, or anything to put ice in. It is simply for whatever cup you've brought. The hotel location is extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Clean room, comfortable bed

Clean but limited in style and substance. Breakfast poor. No closets. No coffee maker or microwave. Standard linens. Very comfortable bed though. Ok shower with constant hot water. Staff were very helpful. Location a bit out of the way.

It was smaller and truly cheaper than anywhere else I have been.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help with requests and provide requested information. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful every day of my stay. My room and the common areas were very well maintained & clean.

It’s a great location. Near dining, shopping and the casino. One of our favorite spots to stay when we are in the area!

Great stay! No complaints!

Property was fun and inviting when booking, evening staff however was not available when needed. Waited 20 mins for front desk clerk to show up even after calling front desk on repeat, because our room keys didn’t work, he was in back doing laundry which was unacceptable. Then finally got another key that also didn’t work. Eventually got moved to a new room. Pool had no towels and our room only had 2 bath towels for 4 people. Used gym and had no cleaning supplies for equipment. Hotel itself not bad just staff and restocking an issue.

Property is really clean. Easy check Only a small concern. The breakfast timing (6-9) 9 is too early if some on has a check out at eleven.plus limited break fast options. There as coffee but no tea. And also there were bread and begs . No other bakery items same with the eggs. Pan cakes were nice . They should include more variety in their breakfast.

The breakfast was terrible. Pancake machine broken, no yogurt, toaster barely worked, no one emptying trash that was full. Small children above us 1st night that woke us up at 5 am, then fire alarm went off at 8 on 2nd night. Ice machie outside our door kept us up all night. Overall worst hotel experience for me at 50 years old...and NOT cheap! Thought since we spent a little more money it would be a good choice. Very wrong!
