The room was not clean. There was visible debris on the toilet seat. The pillows smelled dirty.

Location to where we were traveling/visiting. Dirty. Shower was constantly dripping. Staff was rude and dismissive.

The freezer section was extremely cold, and the refrigerator would not get cold, kept freezing stuff and putting it in refrigerator to keep cold. Told front desk and seemed nothing was done! We were there 3 days

The price. This hotel was a $80 a night place I was charged 200.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Our room was not very clean. One mattress was uncovered and had stains on it. The AC filters were removed from the AC and sitting on top of it. The bathroom shower didn’t drain and the floor was very slippery. One of the shampoo bottles on the wall fell off in the middle of the night. And there were dirty marks all over the bathroom door and shower wall. Our door was incredibly hard to open and close and the fridge was leaking when we first arrived.

In a nice location My shower was dirty. Had 2 old razor tops like the soap dish in the shower wasn’t cleaned

Nice visit overall. The weather was great, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone I interacted with provided great customer service and made me feel appreciated as a guest. We stayed on the first floor, which worked out perfectly. Our room was conveniently located near the pool, and my 13-year-old son absolutely loved being able to walk right over and enjoy it whenever he wanted. The location of the room made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We look forward to visiting again. There was honestly nothing that I would change about our stay. Everything was great, and even the breakfast exceeded our expectations

Our non smoking room was full of smoke and pot smell, the sheets had Mold residue on them, there were no trash cans.

Hotel room had clearly been smoked in, although it was a non-smoking room. The room was quite loud due to an electrical room or similar near where the room was located, this was constant throughout the stay. (noise NOT due to other guests)

pool closed.... we booked for pool and lady and no consideration behind the desk we came with kids that wanted to swim she just didnt care. wasnt willing to help with anything or do refund....very disappointed. cant remember name but the older white lady behind counter. other lady was nice.
