Great building, with a stunning view over the Black Sea. Friendly staff, did their best to meet our needs. The kitchen equipment bellow minimal: no paper towels, no dish detergent... Bad smell in the bathroom, coming from the ventilation.

We were amazed by the professionalism of the staff thank you Amine and Luka and Giorgi also was very nice and helpful

Location, View are just Wow. Nothing works, need to wait hours for elevator, air conditioning simply doesn’t exist after 3 minutes. No help, no one to talk with, and with all the insane issues at the hotel the reception staff asking to leave a good review. I’m shocked and and amazed by this. Run a way.

Good location , new equipment very nice staff a specially Luka and Omar that help and assist Good value for money, great view (I were in high floor) 1. Very low level breakfast - there were no basic things such fresh bread and hot hardboiled egg the bread was really dry and it’s clear it was made few days ago and so the eggs- its clear that it boiled in day before and served directly from the refrigerator. 2. At the day we arrived we had strong smell of smoking at the room , we mentioned it and I don’t know if something done but in the days after the smell gone 3 not vey clean towel - we had to the stuff to replace

The location was very nice and it was near to everything.. near to the sea near to the beach and reastaurants The house keeping was professional and the rooms were clean .. The receptionist Omar helped us very much with the reservation and also the Manager Zara was professional in changing our dates .. thanks again to alliance -

only location it was really embarrassing to bring my wife for honeymoon in that dirty rooms with no service . its like they were taking the duty of ruining my honeymoon . they kept writing me to cancel my booking to get free breakfast and god knows to how many people they did it .

no swimming pool rights and for a simple cleaning which is any job of a hotel they want to charge extra . i am really upset with my stay in this place .

Great location, beautiful sea views, and a clean, modern apartment. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The Wi-Fi could be more stable, and the elevators were sometimes busy during peak hours.

Amin and Omar was great assist they helped me with my booking and made my stay even better, thank you

Location Parking is too expensive, and the breakfast is very bad.
