Location Staff are very unprofessional and the treat you like they are not happy to have you . Very noisy place . Rooms are corridor with very narrow balcony. Too expensive compared to the same building other hotels. No consirge . No kitchen after 11 pm and in room dining. If you have kids stor food . No clothes washer but you will find it next door hotel with 300 USD less per night .

Most overpriced hotel I have ever seen This hotel costs 300$ per night while its value is at most 100$. Extremely overpriced. No private beach, no soundproof windows (whole night is like you are on a party - music from the beach is very loud and doesn’t let you sleep), no bidet, no razors or toothbrush or toothpaste. I mean you can live without all that of course, but if you charge 300$ per night, experience must be exceptional

hotel location, friendly stuff, spacious room, has a working place with nice table & chair. Good swimming pool with open veranda 110 Gel is too expensive for such ordinary breakfast. Didn't go there except once. The room has no coffie machine, balcony has no any equipment: nowhere to dry clothes. or to relax(no chairs, table). Very weak gym

The location was great! The sea was across the street. The hotel is nice. They have a very nice pool and spa. Breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly. 1. The price could be a little less. The price was way above average wages for Georgia. 2. The music was too loud at the restaurant across the street.

Location, Staff, room, conference room and all facilities were as expected. Pool was clean and had amazing view. We were late at check out, as we were attending the conference, staff was very adequate and helpful.

Location Noisy you hear next door, they gave us small room the sea view blocked and people walk in front of your balcony

Room was clean. Not noisy. Free useable things were in a good quality. Thats all. Balcony seems like shared. Surly staffs. i have 2 kids although. Broken main entrance door, We used the normal door to entrence with my family members. Not only are the staff unhelpful, they don't even say hello. I think they distinguish people based on their appearance and wealth.
