The bath room was built poorly, water cannot be drained, the room was normal, nothing special. High price but quite poor quality, I do not recommend this place.

This is THE go-to place where we stay over every time while visiting Batumi. Great amenities, quality bed and top notch cleanliness. Also the location is great and fantastic new restaurant right downstairs. Thank You, will be surely returning

Comfortable accommodation especially the air conditioning was excellent, the check-in procedures are easy and fast, the location of the hotel is close to the city centre and is close to some shops, the place is safe. I also thank Irakli for his cooperation in making our stay more comfortable, a polite and kind person. I arrived at the hotel at 8 and a half pm and asked for a late check-out and my application was approved but the next day I was informed that the late check-out had been cancelled which bothered me.

The hotel's location is between two important streets that run parallel to each other and to the coastline and it's surrounded by eateries, small shops and banks. There's a major oblong building seawards, so it's easy to navigate. Everything was fine and the value for money is really exceptional. The staff speak very good English and are enthusiastic.

My room was one of the smaller ones. But I knew that when I booked and it had everything that I needed.....Good A.C., clean, desk and chair, strong wi-fi, good view out the window (but there is direct sunlight into the small rooms throughout the day and that may suit you or not). Easy check-in and 24 hour reception.....The shower was exceptional as it was large and enclosed with plenty of hot water. The room mini-bar filled the entire small fridge (maybe 18 items) and there was enough alcohol in it to get me drunk for a week. I wanted more room for my own "stuff".....The window opens but there is not a screen to keep the mosquitoes out. Not a big problem but there were a few mosquitoes that had gotten in the room.
