Отличное местоположение не на шумную дорогу, хороший завтрак, чистые номера( но лучше брать с балконом, он попросторнее. Замечательный сервис и футбол посмотрели и фужеры получили, мужчинам большое спасибо

Good location. Simple breakfast

We stayed for two nights. Great location and excellent parking. The room was spacious and very clean.

However, when I arrived, the hotel was completely closed. No one answered the phone, and I was left outside in the rain late at night.

Breakfast was a large variety of freshly cooked and prepared food. The manager accommodated our large group with a seamless check-in, adjusting breakfast times and helping with tours and taxis. The bed was very hard, but the manager provided extra duvet to make it comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and were quite impressed overall. The room was spacious and modern, providing plenty of comfort during our stay. It was clean, and pleasant. The hotel administration was friendly and helpful. Mamuka is the best. The location is very convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. Small balcony. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, the quality of the food was good and enjoyable. Nothing

It was a great hotel and great service Was missing a toilet paper didn’t put new in the toilet apart of that everything was perfect

Location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, friendly staff.

The manager went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, to organise taxis and tours, to help me with all my requests, and have breakfast early. The room was clean, had enough storage space, the bed was comfortable with four pillows (the variety of pillows was important for me), and the bathroom was super clean with free toiletries, bath robe, and slippers. The hotel is in the center near the park, close to the beach (5-10 min walk) and good restaurants. I would stay there again. All was good. Strange thing was the window location - in a small alcove like in an appendix to the room.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable room

- Staff are friendly (russian friendly, do not compare with normal friendly) - Breakfast is good with variety and good quality. - Room is clean. Ours was a double bed with a sofa at the fifth floor with a balcony at two sides. - Location is awesome. - Although they have mentioned free airport shuttle, not clarified that this is only from airport to hotel. - No tea/coffee in the room. But if you ask, they will give you tea from the breakfast buffet.

Very friendly staff, perfect location

The hotel stuff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was exactly as described. The breakfast is decent but not too fancy. The location is good. It is not too central but quite near - 100 meters walking. There's not much to do at the hotel. If you're looking for hotel entertainment, keep looking. The hotel is quite, which was very important for us. Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely choose it again.

It's new hotel not far from city center, highly recommended
