Shampoo was not enough, the covers were not provided, we asked ourselves, one lamp was not working We took the first floor room and it was very noisy and the staff was speaking loud all the time

Rooms are cold and difficult the warming here, we asked double bed for two rooms but all rooms have 2 twin bed and some of them have a sofa too, Breakfast is not enough, maybe can added some hot things more. Breakfast room is so cold need to big room air conditioner

Spacious and clean bathroom. The two ‘single beds’ I requested were very large. Central location. Our room had a balcony. A lovely terrace area for eating breakfast, with a good selection of foods for the breakfast. Availability of plug sockets was limited, which meant our fridge was not plugged in but we were only staying for one night so not a huge struggle.

Everything is new and beautiful. The room is very clean!! The people are nice! The hotel is on a main road and each room has an entire wall which is a window. The sealing of noise is the worst that can be!!! You hear every car that passes and it sounds like it's passing right by you! The noise is unbearable!!!!!!!! And once a minute a car that makes a loud noise or a motorcycle passes by and then it's just a nightmare!!! I'm usually into cool vehicles. This place made me hate cool cars

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Panorama hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Big room with clean bedsheets, single beds were big and not like typical single beds in other hotels. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and daily different items. AC worked very well. The hotel is in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see in Batumi, we did not need a taxi. Beach is 7 min walk. Nothing

Breakfast on the rooftop was a good one only. Good location. We booked the suite but it was too congested hardly to stand n walk. No bathroom facilities Bathroom facilities were missing, no soap or shampoo, shower drain was blocked, not enough pillows n blankets, no duvet covers, At least there should be some one who can understand English language.
