Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beavercreek-Dayton

I liked the size of the room. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the microwave and refrigerator in room. The manager had trouble checking multiple people in and seemed flustered. The finishes in the bathroom were sloppy. A shelf was coming off the wall. The shower shelves were glued on w a yellowish glue and there was mold in parts of the shower.

Steve, the staff member at the front desk was having a rough time. He could have used backup. A number of parties were trying to check in and it took forever. We were never greeted. He did apologize for the wait after check in was completed but that was it.

I have never been denied checking inn, especially, this close to stated check in time. We had driven 8 hours, tired and hungry. Tried to check in at 1:40, RUDE desk clerk said check in was at 3:00. Bed was hard and pool was cold.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were literally FLAT!! Got up aching so bad. The people next door could be heard in the morning because the door between doors was not totally sealed. So I’m achy and tired…the staff was really nice though!!

The staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, breakfast had plenty of options!

I really liked the layout of our spacious room; the living room, bathroom, and bedroom were separated by doors (I was happy to take a shower without bothering my husband's sleep late at night). We didn't watch much, but there are two TVs. The rooms and the bathrooms were all clean! The water pressure of the shower was so low that I took forever to wash my thick Asian hair. The female front staff member who checked us in was a bit less friendly. I saw her going home while we unloaded our stuff from the car. Maybe she was just tired at the end of the day.

The location was perfect, the front desk personnel were very noice and helpful The hallway consistently smelled like marijuana. I reported it multiple times to the front desk, who informed ownership, but nothing was ever done about it. The room wasn't clean; I had to find housekeeping to ask them to reclean the floors. While I was there, someone found fleas in their room.

Good breakfast. Staff were friendly. Easy parking.

The wifi was spotty, the gap below the door was at least a half inch..way too much for security reasons. Smelt pot in the hall. Had someone just outside the main doors smoking pot. The air conditioner in room wouldn't cool below 72. Cost was great, breakfast was okay and it was close to the air force museum and the base. Judy the day clerk was great.
