This is an older property that has been maintained reasonably well. They had already put our family’s two rooms next to each other. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to contact us when they found my charting hub and all of my chargers still plugged in after we checked out! Breakfast was perfect! The location is convenient and yet quiet!

Location was great for the things we were doing in Dayton. Our room was on the back side of the hotel. There was a busy road back there and both nights traffic was loud.

-breakfast was good -rooms were clean -rooms had 'constant fan' function for white noise overnight -staff was helpful Cons: -we were on the second floor. You could hear every step the people on the third floor took (and they were just walking normally, not like elephants) -pool was chilly and was SO echoey, it was impossible to hold a conversation

Breakfast was sufficient with good options. The hallways and air infiltrating into our room one night wreaked of pot. I understand that pot is legal in Ohio but the inside of the building, including air that infiltrated our room, was awful. We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned nor clean towels, etc provided. We requested that it be cleaned on the third morning when we reported a leak in our bathroom and they said it would be cleaned for sure. Never happened. We did not get clean towels at any time in our visit. The people we interacted with were pleasant, just no services were provided. Unacceptable.

It was very clean and comfortable. The mattress had seen better days, but it was serviceable. Would definitely stay here again.

breakfast is below average. i hate the cheap foam plates. Wish paper plates were used instead. Room size is great. Overall clean. But The hair dryer is so old and dirty.
