Everything was really good, especially people who working there, they were so nice and friendly and very polite. I had a great time there. Food and rooms drinks entertainments were sooo good

for most of our stay we regretted that we ended up in a place where food is unlimited and free (all included type of deal) because most of the food was lacking taste especially the desserts and the applies to poor quality hot drinks like tea, coffee and other alcohol beverages, as there are no alternatives due to remote location you are stuck with what they had to offer

When I entered my room, the bathroom tiles collapsed. And I called customer service they say someone will come to you shortly. I waited for 20 min, then went down and they changed my room. The room itself doesn’t feel comfortable for some reason, I couldn’t understand it. Maybe because the initial incident.

Huge family room with amazing sea view and huge balcony! You do have to pay bit more for this room, so do not read comments about small rooms! It is what u pay for! Family room is amazing :) We loved it all. Nice clean rooms, huge veranda, huge pool, nice beach, entertainment every day and nite.

The all inclusive benefit is awesome, They take care of you in every way possible, the rooms are huge and comfortable, the staff is polite The A/c was not working , and they claimed that it is not working in any room as its winter, however its the first week of Nov and rooms were quite warm and humid considering we were by the Sea, and had to keep the windows open for ventilation that meant waking to more heat and direct sun at sunrise.

Well located Food excellent Maybe not a true 5stars hotel

Absolutely nothing about this hotel was good except the actual look of the lobby area, once you got passed that it was clear this was barely a 3* nevermind a 5* Family rooms were spacious, but they are in little apartments, that have a main door and 2 other doors inside to access each room which lock automatically when shut so if you have a young child and they shut the door when they are in the room unless you have your key card to hand at all times this could be dangerous as they could be in there alone for some time (while you get the card). Also on entering the balcony door did not lock, this was fixed but an inconvenience to my short stay as I had to take time out to go back and forward to reception to get this sorted. I also did not feel safe here, I had a pushchair and was placed on the top floor of the apartment block with no access to a lift and the lighting is very poor. On a night I had to use the torch on my phone to see in front of me, which again made me feel very unsafe. I asked to move to main building and they told me the main rooms only sleep 3 people. It was that uncomfortable in the family room apartments that we still decided to move and 3 of us shared a double bed and another in the single bed! The food was bland, watery, looked like it had been defrosted and recooked. There was nothing that I could say tasted nice, even tbe pizzas were dry and looked like it had been there too long. The juice machine, produced juice that I was basically water with a drop of juice - Tasteless. The early morning breakfast consisted of bread, cheese, pepperoni, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes. Which was not very 5 star standard, I'd say many a 2* if that. We also had to eat the breakfast from a napkin and with our fingers as there was no staff around to ask for any cutlery or plates and none were out to use. The WiFi was a huge issue for us, they advertise as Free WiFi but when you get there they tell you WiFi is not available all over and only available in the main areas I.e. lobby etc. That means there is people searching for space in lobby area just to access WiFi.

Nice location and clean beach and amazing swimming pool and staff No wifi connexion in the room Foods for all meals are same every day unfortunately no changement for the types of food which is not usuals for 5 star hotel The water for shower is very salty General the hotel is good and acceptable but not really a 5 star hotel I will not visit this hotel again Thanks
