Good location, within walking distance of the Land of the legends

They support us once we arrive We told them many times the bathroom need to clean as there is smell very bad but no one clean it

Nothing to say bad about the place

24 h staffi In reconstruction. Defekt shower. Simple breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast menu should be reviewed. Overall, the quality can be better for the proposed price.

Location is great for 1/2 IM race and staff are very kind and helpful The hotel was under repairment, windows missing, no proper staircase, lot of dust, no hot water, noisy, no amenities

Karmel and all the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly - they could not do any more to make me feel more welcome! There is a bit of building work being done but this does not affect the cleanliness or comforts of rooms.

close to Land of legends - walking distance, clean room. noisy at night as the hotel is on the main rood and the windows are not sound proof. Unlucky with a noisy neighbor. no complementary water provided. Very Very Very basic breakfast not worth the price paid for - dont go for breakfast buy from the market beside the hotel.

Close the The Land of Legends Theme Park. Good for short stay with family Breakfast

Staff very friendly! Tried to accomodate us in any way possible! Swimming pool was very nice and refreshing. Slides were not working (water) but after we asked, they turned them on for us! The aircon worked fine and internet was ok as well. Hotel is within walking distance from Land of Legends and that’s why we booked it. We stayed 2 nights to fully experience the park and avenue. Breakfast was very basic but enough for us. There were ants all over the sugar (for coffee or tea) so we stayed away from it. The bread was good though as was the chocolate paste.

Friendly staff and the location

Location, grocery store next door. Taxi stand nearby. Tour companies and pharmacy next door. No phone in room. No dust bin. Window blinds were useless and did not completely blocked out light. Toilet was not good and too small. Our shower was not working but was later fixed when I complained. Room corridor had no standby light, it was sensor activated. Whenever someone came it lit and then it shut off. There should have been at-least one permanent light. Often there was no one in reception and no security at door. when I called on their whatsapp they would sometimes pickup and sometimes it kept ringing.

Pleasant

It was close to attractions The place is dirty, the lift was so filthy I couldn't touch anything. The staff didn't speak English, explaining anything was a struggle. The room next to my room had a party until 2 o'clock in the morning - I complained multiple times but nothing changed. I don't recommend to stay at this place.

Comfortable for a short stay, if you have a car Someone smashed the insect into the wall some time ago, and now there is bloody mess with a touch of wine or some kind of soup splashes…

Nothing I reached on the next morning (booked from earlier day), but still my room wasn't ready. Had to wait for an hour to get the room. No proper cleaning was done in the room. No toileteries provided and no water in the hotel as well. Breakfast was horrible, if you are from south asia. Very far away from the city centre. 40km from the bus station and 25km from the airport.
