I loved everything about this hotel. The room was big and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say. It was a 5 star experience.

room was clean, great location, and affordable. AC could have worked better. It was 28 degrees in our room and the AC struggled to cool the room.

Bathroom had a strange smell. Room was smaller than expected. Loud aircon.

Location is great, price was reasonable. The receptionist was very helpful. Noise, the cleaning staff does not car about guests who might rest in the morning, they were very loud during cleaning neighbor rooms. The breakfast humble.

I can only say the location is perfect. Sound insulation was bad, The elevator was small and running very roughly but its okay. The thing that annoys us the most is when we’re leaving they tried to get extra charge for our hotel transfer from the airport but we had free transfer offer on the Booking.com and we show them documents about the transfer reservation, but they didn’t consent. They kept calling the person they claimed was their driver, and the driver supposedly said he remembered us and made up some lies. We had taken a photo of the car’s license plate and showed it to them. They couldn’t show us anything to prove that the car belonged to them. So we refused to pay for transfer and leave there. If the hotel is in the right, Booking.com provided us with incomplete information. If we are in the right, the hotel tried to charge us for a fee it shouldn’t have.

Great location just off the main walking street and close to lots of good restaurants. Good variety of sweet and savoury options at breakfast. We arrived a little bit before check in time but the staff were able to let us into our room early which was very helpful. We heard other guests yelling in the corridor late at night which kept us awake. The air conditioning didn't work one night, so the room become hot which made it difficult to sleep.

The elevator was very slow.

Comfortable bed, nice staff who were really helpful. Decent wifi. Unfortunately this listing has "parking garage". Not only is there no parking, it's on a pedestrian only street. Listing a facility for parking is dishonest. The nearest public parking garage is a few blocks away, so if you arrive by car be prepared to drag suitcases some distance.

On the first night, we were given a smaller room. The bathroom had issues, and water would collect on the floor during showers. After housekeeping cleaned the room, we realized the toilet was broken and had not been fixed beforehand, even though this should have been noticed. The heater didn’t work on the first night either, and it was too cold to sleep. After we reported the problem, they offered to change our room. However, since they knew we were staying for 7 nights, I believe they could have given us the larger room from the beginning.

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a nice variety of options, which is great if you’re not staying for long. there are a few things that could be improved. The elevator is extremely slow, old, and small, which makes going up and down take a lot of time. Also, the bathroom had a bad sewage smell, which was unpleasant and concerning. It seems like there’s an issue with the ventilation or plumbing system that really needs attention.
