Staff is very nice. Great location One of the reasons I wanted this hotel was the rooftop but it was closed during my stay. Very disappointing
-
Wifi is not secure so I had to work from my hotspot all day. I feel like they don't have enough waiters during lunch time.

Location and the energy Weekends can be loud. For the price point the furniture could use an update.

I love everything about Mama shelter, and I will stay there each time I’ll visit Belgrade. The staff are so helpful, professional, willing to help with a smile, both at the restaurant and the reception. The place looks so fresh and young, good vibes. The restaurant has such great food, you must try the chica rica if you are there. It’s also the only place where people are allowed to smoke in a small area, but you never feel or smell the cigarettes compared to other restaurants in the city. There’s nothing I didn’t like, I would just recommend taking out the carpets in the room and clean them thoroughly, also checking the pipes in the bathroom from time to time as we had a blockage and the water were going out of the shower. Please bring back the chocolate sufflle to the menu!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in the last couple of years, exceeding my expectations. The location, the rooms but mainly the approach of the staff to guests, with a special thanks to Nicola. I liked everything but mostly the location and staff

- location is prime in old town - fun hotel theme - restaurant food is tasty and decently priced - restaurant/bar staff are v friendly - gym is small but cute/ fairly equipped - room heater was sufficient warm - room was very well-soundproofed - reception staff are careless and not helpful - cleaning isn’t perfect - room carpet has lots of stains/ dust on tables and traces of coffee from previous guests were left uncleaned
