Nice hotel in a great location, good breakfast selection at the adjoining restaurant. Parking is in the shopping mall garage and not cheap, but it is in the centre of Belgrade, literally a few hundred metres from the fortress. Staff could have been a little more pleasant.

kind and helpful staff

The room is spacious and well located in the old town The lobby is not a lobby. It’s in the middle of a stair case to which one must carry the luggage to and from there continue upstairs to your room. The location is great but locals party hard in this town and the noise is a bit bothersome

Mold in some rooms but front desk was kind enough to find us a different room.

Perfect location / great breakfast
-
There is no elevator! And no one is helping you with the large heavy luggage. The booking instead of 2 nights booked one and I had to leave next day.
-
It smells bad inside due to old pipes although staff was nice to explore ways to solve it
-
poor sound insulation

The location is perfect. Walking distance from all nice spots in the city, vibrant and full of people right outside of the hotel. Not a problem but the room was a bit too small for me and my wife..

Very central There wasn’t any complimentaries, even water. There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom

The entire staff, especially the reception team, were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They perform their duties with great care and professionalism. The hotel’s central location is a major advantage. The comfort of the rooms and the overall atmosphere are also very good. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Everythings wonderful like a dream.

The hotel's location was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly. The rooms were clean. We didn't need public transportation due to the location. Although the street was busy, we weren't bothered by the noise. The room with a balcony was very pleasant.

In my room it was a bit noisy after midnight. There is no elevator in the hotel, thus I had to take stairs with my suitcase

The Soviet touches evoke both happiness and a touch of nostalgia for those who long for socialism. Staying amid the historic buildings, breathing in and feeling the city, is truly delightful. For a boutique hotel, the service and cleanliness are quite good. I gave the hotel’s service and room four stars. In a boutique hotel, it’s unlikely to rate five stars anyway—that’s the reason. You can stay here with complete peace of mind.
